This top i bought just didn’t fit right the bust was to high up and the sleeves were miles to long when I tried to return it i was told i would have to pay for shipping and if i kept it I would get i think it was 5% of another item this top is not a bit of good to me i won’t buy from you again

My first orders with Ivrose as a German customer to my address in Dubai were in 2021, they made a mistake from their system to double the order quantity and my credit card charging while I realized that immediately at that time and cancelled one of the orders when it showed "cancelled" in their page and system. I asked for a refund for the doubled order. I was surprised to receive the doubled order and they did not accept to return the items none to refund even it was their mistake. They have a very bad and awful customer service who are extremely negative, not cooperative, non-logic or fair. Then now a week ago I have confirmed two new orders and while confirming the second order I realized immediately that the boots I confirmed was included in the first order and that I should not order it and I asked to cancel it immediately after 3 minutes of confirmation but they refused to cancel the order claiming that it was shipped! I answered them how it was shipped within 3 minutes of confirmation and I asked to remove the same boots from first order since it was not shipped yet and I have chosen new items to replace their value is more USD 15.- than the boots value and I told them either to consider this free of charge against the inconvenience caused in 2021 and now or to tell me how I should pay this small difference? But always I got negative non cooperative answers from the very bad customer service telling choose only one item in same price! At the end I was fed up again and again from this company and I confirmed the carts items as a new order and paid its value avoiding contacting them again. Ivrose has nice products but they have the worst customer treatment and service, I found Shein and Fashionnova much more understanding and large in treating their customers and I was and still very happy with them. Informe before how much time it tooks for delivery because i did’t know and it took 15 days

Took longer to arrive then I hoped , material very flimsy, not a good fit unfortunately

The ordering, tracking and delivery process is excellent, unfortunately the fit of the 4 dresses did not look good on my wife. Now I am getting the runaround on doing a return which certainly ruins the experience, the first response from IV Rose is a discount on clothes that do not fit. That is not a good experience, we will see what happens.

I only ordered product last week so was very happy at speedy arrival. Fits great and is very comfortable. Probably order a size down next time, sizing quite generous.

Sizes are very misleading! Customer service is awful! I have sent multiple emails & messages on instagram sent and no one is responding. Molly agreed that a refund would be sent to my bank on the 23/10 and an email was sent to me on the 6th of November with a gift card! Molly agreed that the money would be refunded to the card that was used to purchase the items as I would get no use out of the gift card. Never will I be ordering again. If no response by end of the week I will be contacting my bank.

Just don't know how to return when item does not fit. I think the clothes are looking more like the pictures which is great. Just need to return and get a didn't size

Offering a 10% refund is an insult. Also offering 10% off future offers will never happen. Why would I purchase from Ivrose again after this rediculous return policy. NEVER AGAIN!

Sizing is a little bit tricky to work out. Products are really small and you may find that you need to go Large or Extra large even if you’re normally a small or medium.

I received these in good time. Love these shoes so comfy.
