I have ordered from them several times and have only had one issue that was quickly rectified. So far I am very pleased with their clothes the fit was perfect.

Ordered a month ago, no answer to my numerous emails. Thank Gd I bought through paypal. They have yet to answer them. I will get my money back; I hope. This site is a total rip off and possibly a scam. I will Never ever buy from them again or their aka Lasbella.com Stay away and save your money.

Buyer beware. Dont buy from this company. There is no refund policy. What you buy from them cost twice as much to return and you still Dont get your refund. Buy somewhere else if you can.

Warning...do not order from Ivshe. I ordered a newsprint dress & quality isn’t great. Sizing is way off - the XL is more like a medium. I inquired to return since they advertise a “30 day easy return”. In one day a received an email from “Nancy” offering a 30% refund. I responded and can’t get a reply or address to return. Sent another request, no response. So...zero customer service, no 30 day easy return, no address to send a return. Save your money, shop elsewhere. Oh & I’ve also posted a review on the ivshe page but it hasn’t materialized.

Horrible I bought a romper when I finally received it. It looks like a 5 year old made it then they want to refund me 11 dollars??? I paid 35 dollars. They are a scam and fraudulent. The picture to advertise is from another scam website that is a consumer review. It’s all a scam!!! Do not buy anything!!

I purchased several items from them 2 weeks ago and only received I peice. As soon as I opened the package that was already ripped and taped back together I contacted them and was told to take a picture of the item and packaging which I did and to date I still haven't received a reply. I also gave a poor review on the site which they removed.

If your thinking about purchasing from this site, don’t waste your money. The clothes are poorly made and don’t even fit. The company takes days just to get back to you. None of the clothes I ordered cane with a tag on it, I’m not sure what size they are. Save your money.

I wish I have read the reviews before, my bad. I bought a romper that have the worst quality in the world. Ugly, nothing to do like the description or the picture. This is so deceptive. And also product coming from China what else can we expect. BAD BAD BAD

Horrible, horrific experience! It took forever to get the clothes and when they came they looked like a two year old had made them. I used to sew and I could’ve done way better! The material was so inferior, one item, which was supposed to be made from soft Denim, looked like it had been made from materials used for making sheets

I received an email and ordered some items for my holiday, after asking where the items were coming from and I was informed the US! I ordered several jumpsuits, a couple of dresses and a suit and made sure I ordered the largest size in all the items to be on the safe side. The items took nearly a month the arrived and they came from CHINA!!!! I paid $150 and was totally disappointed in the quality of the material, the poorly made and ill fitting items. I immediately email and stated that I was really disappointed in items I had received and requested a full refund. I was emailed an address in CHINA to return the items at a cost to me of £70!!! I emailed again and was informed that they do not provide return shipping labels but I could get a 30% refund on the items. They are clearly misleading customers as the items are of a very poor quality compared to what is being marketing and are only fit for the bin. I want a full refund. Really disappointed and I urge all women NOT to purchase anything from this company.
