This clinic removed my negative review…

This clinic removed my negative review on Google. I was very dissatisfied with their service; I felt worse when I entered the clinic and left even more confused because the dentist hadn't explained things thoroughly. He told me that NHS doesn't perform root canals and that I needed to go to their private clinic. Later, I checked the NHS website, which stated that they do perform root canals, but the wait times are very long. My situation became complicated, and ultimately, I went to several clinics and even went abroad twice for the treatments. Finally, I was lucky enough to find a dentist nearby who could do this complicated job.

The entire process, from the growth of the gum cyst to the subsequent root canal treatment, took me nearly 10 months. If the cyst had been treated from the beginning, no antibiotics were provided. There wouldn't have been these complicated problems later. In the end, the root canal treatment for one of my teeth cost me a total of £2,000.

At the very least, they should ensure that patients don't leave the clinic feeling more anxious and hopeless.
