Scam scam scam scam never ever ever ever buy anything to this company the only way to get your money back is to call your bank that all and the bank will Deal with them and read a review before buying it

Avoid, shoes ordered for my mother & sister. Was wary of ordering from Facebook adverts but did so as they wanted the trainer's. They arrived after five months of waiting. Quality was okay once they arrived. Poor customer service trying to get answers, just avoid.

Ordered some shoes, newer arrived, total SCAM

I paid for a spot cleaner and have never received it, I've been told that I would receive a refund 3 times but never have.Every time I send emails never get reply so I would advise against buying anything from this website

Awful company, still waiting on pair of sketchers since may last year, emailed so many times asking for refund, all they ever say is ‘they’ve been shipped so they can’t refund and to be patient! Stay clear!! Do not use this company!

I have had enough of this company my order was a year ago my trainers could have gone around the world by now as they in transit and can't have refund what a joke not really funny at all people don't use this site

Ordered my trainer's on the 8th May 2020 , coming up on a year now . Every time I e-mail they say that your order is in transit . So if they are still trading stay well away from them . I asked for a refund as well & they refused . Must be making a clean fortune , scamming people . SHAME ON THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered and paid over a year ago and never received my order. They have refused to refund advising 'in transit'. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Absolute scammers. Ordered and paid for trainers. They arrived after months of waiting. Absolute rubbish, cheap, very poor quality, not fit to wear. Have requested refund 12 times. Same reply every time, “they are in transit”. They don’t or can’t read emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will loose your money.

If I could make this star rating it would be minus 60 I have asked time and time again for my trainers paid and they always reply with they are in transit I paid in March WARNING DON'T BUY FROM SITE JUST TAKE MOMEY NO TRAINERS AND NO REFUND

Ordered and paid in April still not got the shoes sent multiple emails and they fob me off saying that they’re in transit. Bought same design but different colour from China (wish) for half the price delivered within three weeks, I’m as single mum with hardly any money but they don’t care! NEVER give them your custom they are disgraceful

I cannot believe how many if us have had the same problem with this awful company I to ordered a pair of Sketchers back in April.and have bombarded them with emails only to be told like everyone else that they are in transit I ordered through Instagram very foolish I know and will not do it again but what angers me more than anything is the amount of people on here who have complained and we've all sent at least £29.99 how much money have they made from us all. Its infuriating that we cannot do anything to get our money back or to get them shut down we are all hard working people who have been struggling through this pandemic I work for the NHS so its been horrendous and to think that these people think its good to take our money and rip us off Im furious please everyone reading these reviews stay away from IVYLEO THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered some sketcher like trainers back in March I've never received them, sent multiple emails. Do yourself a favour DO NOT buy from them. Sent multiple emails they just say they are in transit. Trustpilot is there anything I can do to get my money back as they are refusing?

I am discusting with this site I ordered skechers from them in a size 5 they took about 5 months to come even thou they took my 29.95 straight away the trainers they sent would probably fit a size 1 or 2 not even the style I order got sent and now they wont email me back or ring so I can get my money back absolutely discuting behaviour

Ivyleo are appalling. I ordered shoes in April and have been messed about with repetitive e mails and ridiculous excuses and still NO SHOES. An excuse for a company. Stat away from them!!!
