Great experience, highly recommended
I was badly let down by another letting agency (Plum Guide - AVOID!!) and IVY stepped in at short notice to organise a flat for me in central London.
The flat was small and quite basic, but it was clean and entirely fit for purpose (2 night stay). The location is superb, very central yet also very quiet.
Would undoubtedly use IVY LETTINGS again.

The location is nice which the area is very convenient with the supermarket 5 minutes away and the underground station is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and all the things you needed are ready. I will stay again in this apartment if I visit London again.

Henniker Mews Christmas
We stayed at Henniker Mews in December and were happy to spend our holiday at this lovely three-story mews home. The house was already decorated with a mini-tree and a festive wreath on the front door. The kitchen was fully-equipped with an espresso machine, lots of plates, flatware and glasses plus a super quick compact dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the room were spacious and the bathrooms were modern and brightly lit. The best part was the natural-light filled living room on the top floor which was big enough for everyone to lounge in on cold evenings. This is our second time to stay at an Ivy Lettings property and we will definitely book with them again.

We have used Ivy 4 times now and they have been lovely to work with each time. The flats are well-supplied and in good locations. Ivy Lettings can accommodate a variety of budgets. We have compared prices and quality of flats with "other" popular flat rental agencies and Ivy has considerably better offerings and value. Best rental experience in London
I have rented from Ivy while in London a few years now. I have looked into other short term rental companies but I always go back to Ivy. Their selection of properties seems superior to others almost as if they had sifted all properties and kept only the best in London. The properties are modern and well maintained. Stylish, cozy and quiet. Some good restaurants in the immediate area, definitely recommend the Cote Brasserie opposite Parsons Green tube station station - only 5/6 minutes walk from the apartment. My family, wife son and adult daughter, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Management by Ivy was faultless.

Brackley Road Home
This is a very nice house/apartment. The layout is nice and convenient, with a kitchen that is very homey. It would be even better, however, if the bathroom could be locked from the inside. And the walk-in shower floor is slightly lowered so that water does not easily flow out and flood the entire bathroom.
The sofas and rugs also needs regular cleaning (the cushions are flat and the rug yellowing) and maybe add a few more channels to the TV programmes. Overall it is a very nice place, and I would recommend it to others.

Great flat, and professional service!
Ivy Lettings helped us select, book, and finally enjoy a lovely flat for our recent visit to London. The people at Ivy were truly professional and helpful at all times. After helping select our flat, they explained the booking process thoroughly, including all required deposits and payments. Once in London, their greeter arrived while we were unloading the luggage from our taxi, toured the flat with us, explained how all the appliances worked, and described what services were available nearby. During our stay we had one minor problem - a burned out light bulb in the hallway. I called Ivy and they had it replaced before we returned from our sightseeing that afternoon. When we returned home, our deposits were refunded promptly after the flat was checked. I can recommend Ivy without any complaints, and I look forward to working with them on our next visit!
