I bought a dress that was the wrong…

I bought a dress that was the wrong size and i asked to return the item to be exchanged. The Customer service was excellent and responded immediately and offered me a 100% Gift card to be used to replace the dress. Excellent service all round and the quality of the dress is very good.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. The items look NOTHING as advertised. Different fabric, different style, different buttons…. Complete mis- selling at its finest.
Any positive reviews here must be from staff as the items received are awful.
I paid via PayPal and am currently negotiating a 50% return postage fee via them.
Ivy Luna offered me 60% back. If you can negotiate to get the 80% back I’d take that and run.

Christmas happy camper

I came across the IVY LUNA website n line and saw a dress for my wife which I knew she would love, so I ordered it and was so pleased I did as it was just how it was depicted in the online store
Prompt delivery and have to say very pleased. I have also shown this website to a couple of work colleagues who have also made use of the Christmas offers

you are unable to return the incorrect…

you are unable to return the incorrect item unless you send it back to asia they refuse to refund you the money back and just supply a code that doesn’t work don’t waste your money on this company

Scam - poor quality you cant return

Scam. Just to warn everyone, the products look nothing like they advise. They do not have a physical store and the products are cheap 'temu' products not high quality. Yiu cant easily refund and thet will charge you £30 to return the awful qualuty items back to China

I’m posting this review to share my honest experience. I was forced to give a five-star review in request to receiving the refund instructions I originally asked for. This is totally inappropriate and I think future customers should know what to expect from this company. They have denied me a refund or an exchange, lost my money!

Bought a "beautiful" dress from them

Bought a "beautiful" dress from them, delivery was quick, material was cheap, buttons and belt were different from the picture, the dress was poorly made, and there was a defective part on the hem. Currently waiting for a returns label so I can send it back and get my £45 minus the shipping back.
Stay away, overpriced Temu.

I am writing this as a genuine customer to warn others before purchasing.

Although Ivy Luna presents itself as a UK-based company, my experience was very different once a problem arose. When the item arrived, the quality was extremely poor — cheaply made and not as described. The product was also damaged on arrival.

When I requested a return, I was told I would need to pay return shipping to China, at a cost of approximately £40. This was not made clear at the point of purchase. There was no obvious or transparent notice that returns would require international shipping, despite the company giving the impression of being UK-based.

Customer service responses were repetitive and avoided addressing my actual concerns. Rather than engaging with UK consumer rights, they repeatedly referred only to their internal “policy,” even where this conflicted with my understanding of consumer protections for faulty or damaged goods.

Despite the item arriving damaged, a refund was refused unless I paid for return shipping overseas. This effectively makes returning faulty goods impractical and disproportionately expensive compared to the value of the product.

Based on my experience:
• Product quality was extremely low
• Item arrived damaged
• Returns required costly shipping to China
• Return costs were not clearly disclosed before purchase
• Customer service relied solely on internal policy rather than resolving the issue

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Ivy Luna to read the return terms very carefully and be aware that returning faulty items may cost more than the product itself.
