The fact that I was so reluctant to order because of all the bad reviews is so sad because I am absolutely in love with the dress! Quick shipping (even sent out a day earlier than their original dispatch date), the dress is stunning and high quality material, exactly how it looks on the photos. The bad reviews seem to be regarding returns but if you read the policy properly it's very clear in my opinion.

The shop is denying me my most fundamental right as a consumer here in the UK: exercising my 14-day right to return. And then it tries to denny another right… self expression and informing people THAT IS A SCAM 🤣
I will leave a comment every day if necessary. I have also gathered 3 other people who have been harmed by this scam company. We are quite a few, and we are going to take legal action toward everyone who is supporting THIS HUGE SCAM.

Terrible customer service! Had to pay £20 for a return! Only give you 3 days from the day you recieve it to return it as well!!!! Otherwise you don’t get a refund.
Terrible brand. Dress was ok. Did not fit so wanted to send it back due to the item during on the sale that it states in the TINNIEST writing you can’t get refund only exchange for a more expensive dress.

Bought a stunning dress for the races after weeks of searching . Paid extra to get it as fast as possible. Received the dress and it has a hole in . I’ve tried my best to contact them regarding a replacement or refund and I’m getting no joy at all ! It’s very disappointing as it was £75
