This is another brand I have tried with my GLP-1 journey. I tried in person with a brand in Austin TX a wellness center on West William Canon called “Envy” I’m never going to go back to this place ….it was awful to wait for a long time in the waiting room, plus the time driving, each time I had an injector I had someone different, I honestly love my peptide to be delivered at home.

There was when I discovered IVY TX I get asked constantly which wellness brands are actually worth it, and Ivy RX is one I don’t hesitate to answer with. This isn’t a “try it once, post about it” situation this is a brand I’ve used, trust, and keep coming back to.

What makes Ivy RX stand out is how comprehensive it is. It’s not just a GLP-1 company they cover NAD+, glutathione, B12, and their weight loss line with semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus support for hair loss and other wellness essentials. Everything ships straight to your door, and the whole process from consult to delivery feels handled by people who actually know what they’re doing.

One thing I want to talk about specifically: B12. If you’re on a GLP-1, you already know appetite suppression is the whole point but that also means you’re naturally eating less, which can mean fewer nutrients coming in. B12 helps fill that gap. It supports energy production, red blood cell formation, and nervous system function, and a lot of people find it takes the edge off the fatigue that can show up during a GLP-1 journey. Having it built into the program instead of something you have to source separately is genuinely one of the smartest parts of how Ivy RX designed this.

I’m also at a point where I’m curious to expand what I try next I’ve got my eye on sermorelin as part of my longer-term wellness routine, and honestly, knowing Ivy RX’s team and process, they’d be the first place I’d look into it with.

At the end of the day, I don’t recommend things I haven’t lived with. Ivy RX has earned a real spot in my routine, and I recommend it with my full, personal experience.

The product was shipped in an insulated container with sticks inside, assuming these sticks were at one time frozen? The presentation of the package was great. The importance of keeping the product chilled seems to be very clear to them… or does it??
When received, the NAD+ was at room temperature, at best. Took 4 attempts to try to cancel the membership or for the company to ship a chilled one. This is all Due to the fact that the product is not as effective when exposed to non-chilled environments (IVY Dr. confirmed this). My money was just as effective when they received it as it was when I sent it, should the customer get the same courtesy? I’m not familiar with their QC, but it’s obviously not as high of a priority as marketing or packaging. Assuming it would cost less to ship the product overnight or next day then the amazing packaging. Other options, ship with dry ice, or ship unmixed. What really made me VERY concerned is when a support representative informed me that the pharmacy makes your NAD+ special so it can withstand warm environments for shipping. This was absolutely absurd that this was sent to me in an email, because it’s obviously not true. Definitely a liability on their part. I requested a formal document showing this new evolutionary finding, but no documentation exists. This is where they finally cancelled my membership. Let’s see if they reimburse me my subscription money back. Oh, I have to pay for the warm NAD+. Apparently getting refunded for that is not an option, even when I told them I can ship it back. But, because of their lack of QC it may be beneficial to the population that I don’t send it back for them just to send it to someone else. Me paying for a bottle that’ll end up in the garbage is way better than someone paying / using (at the time they receive it) ineffective NAD+. If I don’t get reimbursed, I’m coping and pasting this on every site and platform I can review this company. Mainly because of the flat out false information about their product being able to withstand warm environments due to a certain pharmacy that makes their product special. Disgusting. Show me proof, and I’ll remove this review.

I recently tried Ivy RX for NAD+ and had a good first experience. The ordering process was simple, and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Since this is my first time using NAD+, I’m still getting used to it, but I appreciate how easy the process was and the clear instructions provided.

I have been using IvyRx for almost a year for various supplements. I was initially very pleased with the service and support. However, for the last month, my prescriptions have been delayed and I have missed almost 3 weeks. The only feedback I am getting from support is that they are requesting it be expedited. I also discovered that I was being charged $379 monthly for NAD+ when it is only supposed to be $275. I have not received any feedback regarding the pricing discrepancy or resolution. I have requested that all unshipped medications be canceled and issue a refund per their policy. Again, no response from support. So disappointed. Will have to seek resolution through my credit card dispute department.

I’ve been injecting NAD+, for a few months now, and I honestly love it! I used to suffer from horrible for fatigue and I felt like I couldn’t make it through the day without a nap. Now I feel less sluggish, my brain fog has cleared, and my fatigue is better. Looking forward to seeing all the anti-aging effects from continuing to take NAD+. I’ve used this company before and had a previous issue with pricing, which was eventually corrected. At the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and removed my review. Unfortunately, I’m now dealing with another serious issue.

I was charged for a Semaglutide 0.25mg daily dose — a treatment I did not approve to begin. I clearly stated that I did not want to start Semaglutide until after I had the chance to evaluate the effects of Seamoeelan and NAD+. On top of that, I had requested a higher starting dose, not 0.25mg.

This charge is not only unauthorized, but the amount is also significantly higher than what was initially discussed. It’s unacceptable to charge customers without clear, confirmed consent — especially when prior communication stated otherwise.

I expect this to be addressed and refunded immediately. Hopefully Jim will be reaching out to me to fix this issue.

I love the home delivery and am surprised how much NAD+ is in the vial and they do give enough syringes, but all the ice melted so my product did not stay cool / cold and hoping it still has the same efficacy for the price.

Easy process and great customer services. I used Ivy RX for NAD treatment, and recently received my treatment that was not in temperature controlled packaging. I emailed the customer services and immediate got a response and offer to replace the treatment in temperature controlled packaging without charge. I really appreciate this level of service excellence.

When I tried to order NAD+, my order was declined. After contacting customer support and error was discovered in my medical record. IVY CS agent Lloyd worked with me to change my error. I was initially frustrated with IVY's initial response; I will say that Customer Support was diligent in responding and corrected the issue completely. Outstanding customer support.
