The product was shipped in an insulated container with sticks inside, assuming these sticks were at one time frozen? The presentation of the package was great. The importance of keeping the product chilled seems to be very clear to them… or does it??
When received, the NAD+ was at room temperature, at best. Took 4 attempts to try to cancel the membership or for the company to ship a chilled one. This is all Due to the fact that the product is not as effective when exposed to non-chilled environments (IVY Dr. confirmed this). My money was just as effective when they received it as it was when I sent it, should the customer get the same courtesy? I’m not familiar with their QC, but it’s obviously not as high of a priority as marketing or packaging. Assuming it would cost less to ship the product overnight or next day then the amazing packaging. Other options, ship with dry ice, or ship unmixed. What really made me VERY concerned is when a support representative informed me that the pharmacy makes your NAD+ special so it can withstand warm environments for shipping. This was absolutely absurd that this was sent to me in an email, because it’s obviously not true. Definitely a liability on their part. I requested a formal document showing this new evolutionary finding, but no documentation exists. This is where they finally cancelled my membership. Let’s see if they reimburse me my subscription money back. Oh, I have to pay for the warm NAD+. Apparently getting refunded for that is not an option, even when I told them I can ship it back. But, because of their lack of QC it may be beneficial to the population that I don’t send it back for them just to send it to someone else. Me paying for a bottle that’ll end up in the garbage is way better than someone paying / using (at the time they receive it) ineffective NAD+. If I don’t get reimbursed, I’m coping and pasting this on every site and platform I can review this company. Mainly because of the flat out false information about their product being able to withstand warm environments due to a certain pharmacy that makes their product special. Disgusting. Show me proof, and I’ll remove this review.

I recently tried Ivy RX for NAD+ and had a good first experience. The ordering process was simple, and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Since this is my first time using NAD+, I’m still getting used to it, but I appreciate how easy the process was and the clear instructions provided.

I have been using IvyRx for almost a year for various supplements. I was initially very pleased with the service and support. However, for the last month, my prescriptions have been delayed and I have missed almost 3 weeks. The only feedback I am getting from support is that they are requesting it be expedited. I also discovered that I was being charged $379 monthly for NAD+ when it is only supposed to be $275. I have not received any feedback regarding the pricing discrepancy or resolution. I have requested that all unshipped medications be canceled and issue a refund per their policy. Again, no response from support. So disappointed. Will have to seek resolution through my credit card dispute department.

I’ve used this company before and had a previous issue with pricing, which was eventually corrected. At the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and removed my review. Unfortunately, I’m now dealing with another serious issue.

I was charged for a Semaglutide 0.25mg daily dose — a treatment I did not approve to begin. I clearly stated that I did not want to start Semaglutide until after I had the chance to evaluate the effects of Seamoeelan and NAD+. On top of that, I had requested a higher starting dose, not 0.25mg.

This charge is not only unauthorized, but the amount is also significantly higher than what was initially discussed. It’s unacceptable to charge customers without clear, confirmed consent — especially when prior communication stated otherwise.

I expect this to be addressed and refunded immediately. Hopefully Jim will be reaching out to me to fix this issue.

I love the home delivery and am surprised how much NAD+ is in the vial and they do give enough syringes, but all the ice melted so my product did not stay cool / cold and hoping it still has the same efficacy for the price.

Easy process and great customer services. I used Ivy RX for NAD treatment, and recently received my treatment that was not in temperature controlled packaging. I emailed the customer services and immediate got a response and offer to replace the treatment in temperature controlled packaging without charge. I really appreciate this level of service excellence.
