Order not received and no answers to my mails.
I bought two math watches on October 22. I Received confirmation of the order and payment. The tracking doesn't work. I wrote them three times asking for an update. Nobody has responded. I'm suspecting that this is a scam.

Is this a scam site?
Made an order (and paid!) 10 days ago. Their so called "real time tracking" system never got updated. When I chatted with their online customer service to find out the expected delivery time, it took them many days to respond. And they only pointed me back to their "real time tracking" page with no useful info. Is this a scam site?

As mentioned to you via live chat, our online system can take some time to update shipping status - we do not refer to it as a "real time tracking" system for this very reason, however we did provide you with your order's tracking number and the shipping details. Additionally, as mentioned on our site, for products that are in high demand it can sometimes take a few days to ship. As far as shipping times, we are clear about these on individual item pages as well.
