ZERO STARS - bought this watch because Chloe ferry recommended it! Big mistake. Ordered it on the June 30th. Still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been sent someone else’s tracking details, emails saying it’s arriving ok such a such date. Nothing!!! Asked for a refund to be told they can’t give me a refund because my item has been shipped when it hasn’t. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Couldn’t give 0 stars otherwise I would. I received the watch not long after ordering, that wasn’t the issue. It worked semi-well for the first week, after about a week or so it started getting dim & then the side button stopped working so the screen would only light up if the charger was put into it. I sent a video of the issues via email, they clearly saw the issues. Said I had to pay to send it back which I didn’t agree with as I wanted just a simple refund or replacement & they refused as it was after 2 weeks of the purchase. Not sure how that makes it okay if the product is FAULTY. DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. LESSON LEARNT

I ordered 3 watches beginning of july after seeing endorsements by lydia bright. Lots of strangely worded e mails followed and I started to wonder if I'd fallen for a scam. However 5 weeks later they arrived and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and what I have got for my money(£30 each). Yes the battery charge isnt fantastic and needs charged every 36 hours or so but hey ho if you want apple quality pay apple prices! I appreciate many on here may not have received their product or are not happy with it once received but I for one have been.

i too was lured into a trap by a celeb saying how good this I-watch is. i wasted £40 it took weeks to arrive , and when it did it will not charge for more than 3 hours. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFHER GHAN A REAL I WATCH, this is a con . i was told i could return it but have to pay postage to the US . probably more than the watch itself, what a rip off .

0 STARS - I'm honestly flabbergasted that I fell into the trap of buying something from a celeb. Olivia Bowen was recommending this product and as I already wanted an apple watch, I thought I might as well go with her recommendation, after all, you trust what they have to say! I have met Olivia and Alex through working at a gym and they seem like genuine people, so I'm totally shocked that even she has endorsed a scammer. I was back and forth emailing them regarding the whereabouts of my watch to which they would reply with automated emails telling me my order would arrive by so and so date. Nothing. In the end, I threatened to go through my bank, to which they responded that they had sent out a replacement - again, NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I have managed to raise a dispute with my bank (santander) and they so far have partially refunded me (I bought the watch (£40) and a watch stand (£14.90 - refunded). I am now waiting for final refund of the watch itself. PLEASE, for goodness sake, just buy the real thing, or go through a trusted seller. Or at the very least do your research on a website before buying a watch that should have been £160 down to £40 - it even screams SCAM. Next time, I will NEVER EVER EVER again listen to celebs because its nothing but BS. Just buy an apple watch or the cheapest fitbit if you're short on money! Can’t wait to get a full refund.

I would give this no stars if I could. The only thing it actually does is display the time correctly..... I bought this from the I-watch website using a promo code that Olivia Buckland was promoting on her instagram. I paid the extra £3 for tracked shipping and it still took 3 weeks to arrive and when I got hold of customer services they just seemed to be using very generic replies which were not helpful - but the watch turned up the next day! Complete waste of money don’t bother with this unless you want a nice digital time teller. The pedometer is absolutely terrible and I would still wear it if that at least worked but it is wildly inaccurate. The ‘sport’ mode is also crap and doesn’t pick up on anything. I’m really sad that I actually fell for a celebrity endorser and wasted my money, don’t do the same!!!!!

Ridicules. Hounded them for my watches got them after 5 weeks. They used covid etc I ordered one they charged me for two. Bought them because I seen them being advertised by chloe ferry and few people on love island.

Guys hang on for the waiting time is horrible mine toke about 5 weeks to come thought when it arrived it was gonna be useless but it’s actually a really good watch does exactly what it says it’s suppose to do ive had no problems with it and I’m using it over 3 weeks only fault I’d have is battery life isnt great has to be charged every day or second day

I have purchased this watch as promoted on Instagram by an known influencer. You would definitely think that they would do a thorough research before promoting a scamming company. 84 emails later they are still telling me to send the watch back if I want a full refund however the watch has been never received. I keep messaging them and getting the same excuse of lockdown and Covid-19. I have ordered this end of June. We are nearly in mid August and I cannot see this being refunded at all.

don’t buy from this company as they will take your money and refuse to reimburse the amount.

I am going to report them to my bank for fraud and see if I can get something back of my bank due to this.

I placed an order on 22.06.2020. Received a tracking number - last update was 17th July saying it was manifested for delivery.
Nothing has changed since, I have sent 14 emails to date, keep receiving excuses from Margaux re Covid, more staff being employed, within the next 3 days you will receive your delivery - i've been told that 3 times now so requested the new tracking number and keep being given the old one which still says 17th July - manifested for delivery still.
I am in the process of reporting i-watch for fraud to my bank

I too purchased this iwatch after promotion from Courtney black. I ordered on 21 June today is 5 August the watch has never arrived. I have emailed like others and been told several times it will arrive in few days blame Covid. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate. I think these influencers should post something on their instagrams to apologise. After all they get paid for promoting products. .

I brought the watch after seeing Chloe Ferry advertise it on Instagram. The watch took nearly 3 wks to arrive and I did chase them. The watch on first inspection is great BUT the nightmare I have is, that it loses its charge after a few hours wearing it. So having to charge it twice a day which is not great. I emailed the company who said try charging then don’t wear it for 30min?!? Which I tried but still looses charge after a few hours wear. Asked for a refund or a replacement watch to which I have been told I have to send the watch back to Mexico at my cost!!! Wasted £40 would not recommend the watch or the company

Rubbish £40 down the drain!
After seeing Courtney Black advertise this watch on Instagram I bought one. I received the watch in a reasonable time no issues there. Upon receiving the watch I’m not impressed with it, i synced it to my phone & decided it wasn’t for me.
I looked on the website & emailed them to ask for a returns address. The reply I received was it had to be returned to New Mexico!! which is ridiculous considering it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering it.
I emailed back informing them of this & requested they send me a UK address, to which I received no reply. I couldn’t be bothered to continue emailing them so left it. Now I’m left with a rubbish watch & £40 out of pocket!
I’ve even reset the watch it & when I turned it on again it still is synced to my phone 😐

I read these reviews yesterday after my partner had spent two weeks being fobbed off with basically the same as every other poor sod on here. And while she was in the process of sending 10 emails yesterday demanding a fefund. Having shown her these reviews, and then an hour on hold to the fraud line at her bank ( glad it wasn't a fortune). We left it at that for the night.... Tea time today.... The I watch was delivered.... And it is a genuine product, much to my surprise. Obviously I'm not trying to tell everyone to bombard them with emails and you'll get your product. But it's worth a try based on my partner now been happy and she has what she paid for. Good luck to you all. If your reading these before a purchase, DON'T ! it's hard for us personally to now call it a scam. But. It truly isn't worth the risk or effort.

Absolute scam. Still haven't received anything and any email I have sent is replied by a robot blaming it on numerous reasons. Asked for a refund with no success. Have reported them to my bank. Bought because Olivia Bowen advertised on Instagram.

Tried to order myself a watch As I saw it on chloe ferry’s Snapchat and have been emailing them non stop for 23 days and still nothing has arrived, I have been told it was going to be delivered about 5 times and it has never shown up, I have worked in a care home for the elderly through the COVID 19 pandemic, taking on extra hours on due to being short staffed and I have been robbed of a whole days wages, I AM DISGUSTED 😓

I ordered last month in June for a present for my boyfriends birthday. It said delivery was 4-10 days. 12 days had passed and no sign of the watch. I emailed countless amount of times and got an automated response That was no help. I asked for a refund and got ignored. This is a complete SCAM! Avoid at all costs as the watch will never arrive. I’m going to try and go through my bank to get the money back but I doubt I will. I trusted this company as Olivia Bowen promoted it... you would think her management would research the companies they promote. It’s been well over a month and I’ve had no watch or refund, and no personalised reply from the company. So disappointed.

Ordered as a swipe up from Lydia Bright! I’m so annoyed. The company have been awful constantly blaming 4px not listening not giving me refund, return addresses or telephone numbers. I’ve raised it with my bank, this is fraud and a massive scam :( Ordered 7th July and not received a thing

I am literally horrified reading the below comments and I wish I had read them sooner as well before I ordered. I ordered it after Olivia Atwood promoted it online and used her code since 17th June I have had about 8-9 different dates advised to me, exactly the same first they blamed it on 4px, then now they are saying it’s a system error , I have been also asking for my refund and they don’t reply that. I wish these celebrities can see that they are helping scammers out here. It’s very unfair also considering the current situation with Covid and people struggling with money. Is there I can get my refund if anyone has tried to?

Bought the watch after I saw Olivia Bowen promoting it on Insta. It was meant to be delievered between 12-18july, NOTHING! email customer service, was told it was going to be believed tuesday 21st, NOTHING! then i emailed again, was told that they had a system error that never happened before and they've fixed it asap (bs) and that my watch will be on my doorstep in the morning on thursday 23rd...guess what, NOTHING! My friend also bought from them for the same reason I did, and she is having the same issues and keeps receiving copied emails, it's like they don't read your emails. I have now emailed them 3 times and completed their online contact form requesting a full refund and have not heard anything!! I emailed them today advising that if they don't respond and provide a refund I will be claiming chargeback from my bank (I consulted Shopify and they said that if there's proof of me trying to get in contact with him about non- delivery, the bank should be able to get the money back).
You are better off buying a watch from Amazon that will be the same price and at least you have a bit more protection with amazon!
