They stall withdrawls
I deposited 50.00 to give this site a try. I ended up winning 300.00 and tried to withdraw. The withdrawal sat in pending status for 5 days until they asked for kyc verification. I submitted the documents as asked and another 4 days went with no communication. This is a stall tactic, I've played on multiple casinos with zero issues trying to withdraw winnings. Iwild will never get another penny from me and I will tell everyone I know in the gaming community to stay far away from this site..... I hope you enjoy my 50.00 iwild

Disgraceful site
Deposited roughly 50 euros. Made a withdrawal for only 200 euros on the 07/09 and still to this day says processing. They say usually quick however there can be delays bla bla bla. Just a bunch of scammy crooks. Will need to submit a form for 'Reporting An Unlicensed Online Gambling Site' so this site can't utilise UK residents and carry on taking funds and not pay out.

Warning: iWild Casino refuses to pay out winnings
I had a very bad experience with iWild Casino. On 6 august, I had a balance of 550 dollars submitted all required KYC documents (ID, address, payment details), but no payment has ever been made.
Support either responds extremely slowly or not at all, and after multiple attempts I still have not received my money. This feels like a deliberate strategy to avoid paying players their winnings.
I strongly advise others not to play here. There are many casinos with fast and fair withdrawals – iWild is not one of them.
I have now submitted complaints to AskGamblers, CasinoGuru, and will escalate further to the Curacao authorities.
My advice: Stay away from iWild Casino.

Uk players say no more!
UPDATE BELOW TO REPLY
These offshore sites that provide non-GamStop casinos usually also offer added perks like better bonuses, faster payouts, and the ability to play anonymously. As a result, more of them are gaining popularity and leading a massive exodus of UK players away from UKGC-licensed sites. However, as they are owned and operated offshore, it’s important to note that they aren’t licensed by the UKGC so they cannot legally advertise their services in the UK
In reply to the laughable reply, I have just got off this corrupt casino, more lies taking advantage of UK vulnerable people
I do not have a VPN on my phone so it states I am in the UK and I also think the big giveaway is when I added my address in which also states I am based in the UK
People go to your banks get a charge back if anyone needs any information I have a lot of files on these corrupt casinos which will help with your refunds
There is a lot of charities that are trying to get these legal money laundering sites closed down and taking a court and it will happen believe me

Scam casino!!
For almost a week I’ve been trying to withdraw my money. Status: “processing.”
I’ve contacted support daily, and they just keep saying “your withdrawal will be completed soon.”
Don’t play here if you want to actually get your money.
It’s just a tactic to make players cancel their withdrawal and lose everything again.

en on iWild for a couple months now. What I like most is the mix of slots and those instant games (plinko, crash, etc.). Payouts are consistent—crypto hits my wallet in a few hours. The bonuses are okay, though the wagering is a grind. Still, the site feels reliable, and that’s why I keep logging back in.

Maintence after win
Had a decent win, as I am trying to withdraw my funds the casino undergoes maintenance. While in contact with the casino there is no definite response as to when the maintenance will be over (It has been several days). Incredible, I will definitely contact the Curacao Gaming Control Boards in regards to this.
Stay away for your own sake, you can't win, if you do, you can't withdraw.

Avoid This Site: Deliberate Delays & Poor Service
I am writing this review to share my recent frustrating experience with a withdrawal. After winning approximately $1000, I attempted to withdraw my winnings. The withdrawal request was pending for two days before it was declined, and I was asked to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
I promptly sent the required photos via email. However, I received a generic reply stating, "Your documents were received and sent for the review." This response was not only unhelpful but also created confusion and suspicion.
Immediately after this, the website went into "maintenance" for two days, which felt incredibly suspicious and added to the overall delay.
The entire process has been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. It feels like the casino is deliberately delaying withdrawals. The service and speed are noticeably worse than on other sites I have used. I am no longer interested in playing on this site and would advise others to be cautious.

Iwild casino Site is under maintenance delaying tactics
Site is under maintenance. We’ll be back online shortly. Thank you for your patience.
This “maintenance” conveniently started right after my KYC approval and has continued every time I try to access my account.
I have also found multiple other player complaints describing this same pattern: once Iwild can no longer delay a payout with fake KYC loops, they hide behind a maintenance screen to block access and make withdrawals impossible.
This is not standard maintenance — it appears to be an intentional tactic to stall or avoid paying players.

Joke (UPDATE 1 to 2)
Last week, I won €1600 with them, from which I wanted to withdraw €1000 and initiated the withdrawal. This happened on Saturday, then at the beginning of the week the site was updated and my withdrawal was deleted without any explanation. I initiated the withdrawal again, but it was deleted once more, and they requested KYC documents from me via email — oddly enough, under the name of a different casino (I don't understand how that can happen).
They asked for my ID and a photo of me holding it along with the website visible. I sent it, and I haven’t received any response since. It feels like they’re just trying to stall until I lose the rest of my money so they won’t have to pay out. (Previously, I had already confirmed all KYC-related details, and I even received an email stating that nothing else would be needed for future deposits or withdrawals, so it’s strange that they’re now requesting these unnecessary photos.)
They’re just dragging things out to avoid paying, or they simply have no intention of paying at all. The whole situation is a joke. Right now, I have to wait for an email from the KYC team. If there’s any development, I’ll update this post and the stars.
UPDATE:
The process was long, and there was maintenance for almost a week, which was a bit concerning. However, they kept their word and prioritized my payment after the maintenance, which I recently received in full.

The worst ever of casinos
The worst e perience with this online app.i register with an ammount of 150euros I earned 1400 I ask to withdrawal they request the needful documents.i send them and after a month nothing done.the agents never able to help due to no access on that field.only automatic mesagges send e-mail on this adress. After many e-mails no answer...playing with you and never doing what was said.according to my point of view a scam casino really unprofessional and not respecting your rights as should .far away from this app at least to save someone who do not wants to loose his money and time by speaking to agents teams who never are able to help .Far far away.

Not really happy with this casino
Not really happy with this casino. I had problems registering and logging in via Firefox, have to use Chrome each time. Got denied cashback multiple times because i had taken bonus in the past. Taking a bonuses here is not worth it as many slots are blocked by it, on top of that many slots that seem accessible for me are actually also blocked by country, so in total maybe i can access half of what the casino offers. I expected more...
Fast forward one month. After a couple weeks and many deposits i started to win a bit and cash out and then suddenly one day after a decent cash-out the casino blocks my account according to their T&C without any real explanation. I recommend avoiding this casino and Altacore altogether, in the long run only had bad experience with them on a few of their casinos.

what a croc of bull the sites basically a scam , they don't give you the signup or deposit bonuses more of their games don't work than do and the progressive bonus slots all get "Technical issues" boot you off an reset when they're full . I had to put a star to rate but it's like a minus 3 star

An honest review of a casino that doesn’t care about you
First of all, the casino works well, no problems with the registration or deposit and the lobby is smooth and clean. so far so good...
The problem comes with the withdraw itself. The policy on their T&C describes that withdraws are processed within 2 business days. This time by itself its a non-sense for e-wallet... but its manageable...
They max cap each withdraw. No problem with that, it's a strategy to control the withdraw flow...
But guess what?? They hold all withdraws all week to be processed. If you request another withdraw over the previous one, all this "timer" resets, and hold another week again!
this is done on purpose for you to cancel it before you burn the remaining bankroll or before you deposit more, and keep all balance on their side.
Once I got my withdraw, I ran away from this place. Sorry, but Its not an honest casino for their customers.
Another serious topic: Its the self-exclusion system... This is a lie, they incentivize you and offer bonus after another before you really self-exclude.
I dont give 1 star because they didnt scam me.
Stay away from this place

Extremely disappointing experience with iWild Casino
Absolutely terrible experience. I deposited €20 and received a €40 bonus — so far, standard. I played only high RTP slots (some supposedly above 100% RTP, according to their promotions) and still managed to lose the entire €60 balance without a single meaningful win.
I contacted support, expecting transparency or at least basic customer care. What I got instead? Scripted responses, excuses about RTP being “calculated over time,” and no real help. When I asked for a breakdown of my session to check if anything was wrong, they said they "don’t have the technical capability." What kind of licensed casino can’t analyze their own gameplay data?
Their bonus terms are confusing, the games feel suspicious, and their so-called support is useless. This feels more like a rigged money drain than a legitimate casino. To top it off they even refused a small gesture like a few free spins to show goodwill. Zero customer respect.
Avoid WildRobin Casino at all costs. There are far more honest and transparent places out there.
