I am dissatisfied with Olly Richards' website service. They charged me $197.00 (£149.74) even though I cancelled my free seven-day trial. I tried the course, but it wasn't right for me, so I cancelled it via email on the sixth day. Since then, I have been receiving automated emails from Olly encouraging me to enrol in other VIP courses.
