I can't fault them

Placed order last week expected delivery Tuesday/Wednesday as paid for premium service now on Saturday and still waiting. There is no response apart from to say has been despatched when using tracking it still says waiting in sender to despatch. Absolute awful experience and would not recommend at all

I have used IWWN a number of times and am really happy with the service. Everything arrives super quickly and the prices are good. Its my definite go to first place I go to when I need a good deal. Some things are near to, or passed the best before date, but I've never been worried about that on most things. Definitely would recommend

Product packaging was faded like it had been exposed to the sun. I had a box of the same product bought directly from the manufacturer and they looked different. Hence this one went straight into the bin. I’m not consuming something that doesn’t look like it is ment to look.

I use this website often now for the heavily discounted products, and never had a problem, until the box full I had delivered yesterday was left at my door with a big (4 inch square) hole in it. Thankfully although some of the tins got damaged, nothing was missing, though there was a tin that had come out of a plastic pack that had been tucked back in separately - thank you to the courier for that. The reason I leave lower rated reviews for post courier issues is because the company pays the courier and should make sure they will take appropriate care of the parcels sent. They should also make sure parcels aren't so easy to damage - the cardboard box was very flimsy. Having said all this, I will use the website again because I need the discounted products.

I had my doubts originally as I thought the prices were too good to be true. However, everything I ordered was still boxed sealed! Nothing wrong with getting a bargain when there's absolutely nothing with the stuff I ordered.

It's just nice to see that food like this isn't just being dumped when it can be still sold at a fraction of the price. Also everything was well packaged and came within a reasonable time frame.

Good service, I first found this company on eBay and then used their website for cheaper prices. Delivery is always quick and never had any issues.

My order never arrived. The seller hadn't paid enough postage so I had to collect my package from the post depot. They told me I had to pay £10 postage as the seller hadn't paid! Total waste of time . Rubbish communication, very disappointing they didn't even apologise!
