Pésimo servicio

Pésimo servicio, empresas relacionadas adogadgets, urban 25 y otra empresa llamada Iwoolo. Hicimos pedido a finales de abril principios de mayo del 2020, ni lo hemos recibido, ni nos devuelven el dinero. Es una estafa. Las respuestas que nos dan son covid, transportistas y que están revisando la reclamación, todas contestaciones tipo. Las cuales van firmadas por la Dtra. de atención al cliente (Marta Fernández) o El Ejecutivo de atención al cliente (Sophia Miller)

keine Rückgabe möglich

Ich habe 2Smartwacht gekauft, überlange Lieferzeit, da direkt aus China geliefert wird, daher ist keine Rückgabe möglich (Rücksendung nach China sind nicht möglich nur mit sehr großen Aufwendungen). Ich wollte die Adresse für die Rücksendung erfahren, darauf wird nicht reagiert, somit wird die angepriesene Rückgabemöglichkeit von 30 Tagen wird nicht eingehalten.
Beantwortungen erfolgen schlecht oder gar nicht.
