Nice people in there, but I find my experience a bit odd.

Overall, it was a good experience with IExpert since I'm a very old customer.

But I find it odd that I'm paying for an OEM screen of about 2,5 k, but I didn't get the screen seal replaced.
A few months later I noticed I got dust under the newly replaced screen, so I went back to IExpert, where I was told that it happened because the seal was bad.
I claimed they had replaced my screen a few months ago and I thought that it would be resealed by default when replacing the new screen, but they replied that they do not do that by default, only on demand, and it would cost about 200kr.
I find it odd to replace an OEM screen with an OEM screen which involves a lot of money, but not to give it a new reseal between the new screen and the phone. This puts the new screen and the phone in the exposure of dust and moisture. Especially when the phone is known as a water-resistant phone.
I was not even told this would not be replaced, I would have paid extra for the reseal.
Pretty disappointed.
