Thanks your review. I’m very sorry to hear that your IXXI does not stay on your wall.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an IXXI comes off the wall due to an interaction between the plaster and the tesa Powerstrips. Factors such as coarse, greasy, recently painted and/or plastered walls can affect the adhesion of the tesa Powerstrips.
After painting the wall, we always recommend waiting at least 4-6 weeks before hanging the IXXI. This to avoid an interaction with the Powerstrips. For somewhat coarser walls we recommend using the enclosed drawing pins as an additional aid.
My advice for now is to hang the IXXI again according to manual, pressing all tesa Powerstrips firmly for five seconds and to use the drawing pins additionally. Since the tesa Powerstrips are for one use only, I’d like to send you a new set. Can you please send me an email with your address details and how many tesa Powerstrips your need? You can send it to mail@ixxi.com.

No tracking info after order placed and paid 10 days ago
I placed an order on April 26th and as of May 7th, I have not received any information regarding shipment. IXXI had claimed that the delivery would take 3 to 5 business days, but no one has followed up with me.

Nice choice of posters and quick and easy delivery (I live in Switzerland). I give three stars because I expected a better quality for the price. The cards are quite thin and from the pictures advertised I expected heavier and thicker cards. Also the Tesa stripes are not sufficient because if you attach the poster only on the front row of the poster the poster will move back and forth of the wall when you walk by etc.

Warning if you live in Scandinavia…
Warning if you live in Scandinavia (Norway here); The shipping was just as expensive as the art. I was not informed about the high shipping costs on the site before (or after) ordering. I just got a text that I had to be home at a certain day and time (super minus, missed an appointment), then a bill afterwards from FedEx. Why don’t they just use the national postal systems

I'm sorry to hear that you had not counted on the additional costs. If you import products from another country, there is always a chance you have to pay import duties, not only for our products. The amount depends on the legislation of each country. For this reason we cannot specify or calculate this in advance. We are therefore not the one to charge the additional costs. FedEx indeed does this through customs.
In our FAQ's we have described that we are not responsible for any additional costs such as taxes or import/customs taxes - We offer the possibility to send you an estimation of the costs. These costs will have to be paid directly by the customer, at all times.

Everything is good but
Everything is good. Delivery, instructions, product. The only thing is that, unless I did something wrong, not all the squares are properly hanging against the wall… there is a side of the frame that kind of folds outwards. Anyway, will try to give some time or readjust some of the stickers.
