Tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of ordering as the website states, was told I couldnt do that because my product was already set to go out. Asked to change addresses because it doesnt tell you what carrier they use and didnt know if it could be delivered to my address, was told that wasnt allowed. I asked why the address was residental, didnt receive an answer for that. Received email my package was delivered, even though the website clearly states somebody must be home in order to receive package because it requires a signature. Got home and it wasnt there. Checked with my post office and it wasnt there either so I assume somebody took it. Cant get a refund so I guess I'm out $40. If website says signature is required, make sure the carrier is aware of that as well.

Quick and easy re purchse and even got a coupon code which was awesome. The website was super easy to navigate and reading the information about each product really helped me decide which was best for my needs.
