Cancellation initially difficult until advised to process through Paypal

Responded in good time regarding difficulty cancelling subscription. I didn't realise cancelling via my PayPal was sufficient and final.

IT WAS HORRIBLE

I wanted to give it a 0 star but I has to
But it did not load it took a 20 minute and then it said error with connection never get it!!!

Cancellation of orders just a catastrophe

I tried to cancel two different orders after payment and I got for the first only order my money back, 69€. I never got my money back for the second order, 35€ despite a triple attempt via the IZNEO homepage. This is just theft. Never again!
