J2 have just completed our bathroom refurb to an exceptionally high standard. On our first visit to the showroom, Katie helped us plan our new bathroom layout; inc choice of tiles, units, lighting and furnishings. Approx 3 weeks later, the J2 team started work in our house. The team consisted of Jack, Paul and Ewan. They arrived on time and immediately laid down plastic walkways to protect our carpets. Ewan (Plumber/Gas Engineer) single handedly ripped out our old bathroom which inc bath, sink, toilet, boxing, tiles, coving, skirting boards etc in 2 days.!! He also rerouted original plumbing pipework as required in that time. Paul (Tiler) built a stud wall that inc a 'niche', as we requested and tiled all 4 walls and the floor. His planning and attention to detail was incredible and contributed to an outstanding finish. Jack (electrician) who ran the job, installed our spot lighting, switches and extractor fans as we requested, to a very high standard and fitted the upvc ceiling with Paul. All 3 tradesmen were grafters. Over 10 days, they all attended on time and their hard work and cleanliness resulted in the completion of our stunning new bathroom.
We could not be happier with our finished bathroom and cannot recomend them highly enough.

We recently had our bathroom completely stripped out and replaced, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable.
The fitters did a fantastic job, their attention to detail and workmanship showed in the finished product. Everything was completed to a high standard.
We're extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a new bathroom installed.

We can’t thank J2 enough for the excellent work on our two bathrooms. A friendly, personal, can-do attitude is exactly what a customer wants, and I think that really sets J2 apart. Nothing has been too much trouble, and the results are exactly what we wanted and have completely exceeded our expectations. Jack, John and Katie were friendly, efficient and understanding throughout the planning process but our real thanks and appreciation goes to Paul who worked on our bathrooms every day for four and a half weeks, always cheerful, always helpful and always on time. Paul’s attention to detail is second to none and we feel privileged to have had such a consummate professional leading our project. He is a craftsman and a real asset to J2. Paul was ably assisted by plumber, Euan, who dealt with the challenges he faced on our project with a similar, friendly can-do attitude. If J2 are a little more expensive than the likes of Wickes and B&Q, it really is worth every penny. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Just had a kitchen splash-back completed. Absolutely delighted with the result. Superb attention to detail. Dealing with Jack and Katie was great. Customer service is outstanding, this is why we chose to work with them rather than anyone else.

From start to finish the company was a delight to work with. I had some kitchen splash backs tiled in my home. They were friendly & professional, the workmanship is first class and they tidied up afterwards. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

John,Jack and the team made the whole experience of replacing our bathroom worth it with the final result. They kept us informed all the way through and any unexpected snags they came across sorted them out with little fuss. The installation team were clean and tidy and went that extra mile to finish a bathroom that has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them for a complete professional job.

Recently had a ensuite transformed by Jack and his fabulous team. They have turned our dank depressing ensuite in a modern walking shower with a great storage. Tiling from floor to ceiling making it a modern luxurious up to date room.

I am exceptionally pleased with the work done by J2 tiling at my address when they changed a very small area in our bedroom into a large walk-in shower room. The lads that came including John the owner did a brilliant job and explained everything to me I now have a beautiful walk-in shower where I can sit or stand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants work done big or small in the bathroom. Well done J2 tiling for a job well done.

Recently bought our new bathroom from Jon, the whole team were so helpful and worked very hard to get us what we wanted, rather than selling us what they had. Competitively priced and really knowledgeable.
I would definitely use them again, and have no problem recommending them.

Recently had our bathroom revamped by J2 Tiling. It looks amazing. The fitters were lovely and took any rubbish away and left the bathroom clean and ready to use. Absolutely brilliant and thoroughly recommend this fantastic company. Thank you.

J2 completed tiling in my kitchen, conservatory and utility and did a fantastic job.

The tilers were friendly with nothing too much trouble.

Swapped our bathroom to a shower room. Lots of helpful advice. All the staff were very pleasant worked well and kept everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the end result.

We only got tiles from j2 timing but the experience was absolutely brilliant. Was informed straightaway when my tiles arrived, great advice, really friendly service. Would definitely use again! Thank you :)

My previous review has received remarks.
To address this I can now say my claim went to court and I won my case.
The Judge clearly agreed with my claim.
Dispute this J2 continued to send me demands for a payment which was struck out.
They then failed with their set aside in court.
I had to contact their solicitor to get this stopped
They then left payment until the last day stating they needed to check banking details.
Another attempt to delay.
My review was honest and now proven.
It’s a shame it ended in court.
Clearly others have had good work from this company, but it’s not for those people to suggest my review was not accurate on the work in my home.
My case is now proven and that’s an end to it.

Very impressed with Jack who oversaw the entire job. The plumber John was superb, an amazing tiler with great attention to detail.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality, particularly the tiling which was first class. The team at J2 Tiling were really great from start to finish. Highly recommended to all.

They recently retiled our main bathroom floor and undertook various other tasks on an ensuite to remedy previous faults by previous owners contractors.
I have to say they did a brilliant job. Paul (who did the work) paid a lot of attention to detail and the job really looked great. I am considering getting J2 Tiling to do further work soon!

Paul and Julian from J2 tiling have just finished renovating both our bathroom and en-suite. This included floor and wall tiling, new furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality is beyond expectations. Paul in particular worked long hours providing excellent advice, enabling us to make decisions about tile layout and grouting colours, cleaning up at the end of each day. Projects of this size will always encounter unforeseen issues. When this occurred, Jon and Jack worked quickly to resolve them to our complete satisfaction. It’s been a joy to work with such a nice group of people and We would have no hesitation in recommending J2. Noting the 1 negative reviewers remarks, I can confirm that We are in no way related to anyone at J2 and by stating ‘Latest review on J2 is a family member.....Tad misleading’ means any subsequent reviewers get erroneously accused of being related, which in itself is misleading.
