What a horrible company I live next door to one of their property's their tennant was smoking next to my porch, they threw their cigarette down which Landed on my porch causing a burn hole, when contacted their response was we can't tell our tenants where to smoke maybe not but you could at least repair the damage your tennant has caused, they are a careless company who only care about what money they can make very irresponsible, wouldn't rent of this company even if I was homeless, the young man who answered the phone was very rude and put the phone down midway conversation, the worst housing group going, I would have given no stars if the option was there.

Went in the office, explained my situation that I'm homeless and most likely need help to fill out the form.
I Explained the longer it takes for me to get some accommodation, my job is at risk. I work full time thru an agency, and I've only had 4 days off since March last year
Filled the form, they said it was ok. Gave them everything they asked for, wage slips, bank statements, Driving licence for I.D.
I got explained about how many weeks rent they need in advance.
I Called next day regarding my application, and I've managed to get 5 weeks rent 1 week rent more they require. Told me my application was unsuccessful, I asked what the problem was, their reply was 'not sure why the landlord rejected it'. And just put the phone down.

J9 are a very good letting company and it's easy to let with them, very affordable and only a month's rent needed. They helped me at a time when I had no options very little money, and had to leavan abusive relationship, it was my lowest point and they helped me massively. My area manager was Natalie who was superb so supportive and helpful and such a lovely person. I would recommend without hesitation.
