I returned a product and was not getting the refund. So I called the customer care service to check the details and they asked me to wait for 2 days. Afyer 2 days a mail was sent to me that my complain is closed.
Worst experience ..fraud jabong
A worst experience, bad quality and very very bad service . Received bad quality product, on the same day of delivery I asked for return. jabong say we do not have pick up option, next day called customer service to raise return very bad response say u have 2 courier product to our ware house.. done it by paying self courier charges after delivered to ware house do not respond on refund and do not respond to e mail about return confirmation nor on app.
Once u paid for product that's it it money gone..

How can I trust you guys, you are so fake? When i opened my so i get to see "Flat 1001 off on purchase of 2499" when i try to purchase something i get an off of only 90 rupees. Then I see homepage "UPTO 1001 off on purchase of 2499". Are you kidding? Worst company.

I have had the worst experience with…
I have had the worst experience with them.
First off they send me half the product, which happens to be a 'non-returnable' item. For a pack of two I recd only one and for a pack of 3 I recd only one product. I made a complaint within 15 minutes of delivery.
Then they take 21 days to respond to my complaint, asking me to return the product when I have not initiated any return from my side.
So when I say that I used the same as no one told me that they would take back the 'non-returnable' item they say they can't do anything about it.
So I tell them to send me the remaining three pieces which were missing they say they cannot.
I have called them five times, I even spoke to a supervisor and sent an email to the 'chiefmanager' but they respond with 'complaint closed'! Very unprofessional and incapable response team!
So now I have lost my money and apparently they don't seem to care.

I have deleted my Jabong app and will never use their site again.
The complete opposite of my experience with Amazon. No wonder they are the best site for online shopping! they totally deserve it! With competition from a substandard site such as Jabong why wouldn't they?

THEY HAD DISPATCHED COTTON TROUSERS OF SYNTHETIC INSTEAD OF COTTON AND SENT SIZE 28 INSTEAD OF 30. THEY ARE NOT EXCHANGING NOR RETURNING THE MONEY BACK. SO PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANY ITEM FROM THEM IN NEAR FUTURE DUE TO THEIR QUALITY & POOR CONDUCT.
PATHETIC CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT JABONG
I have been a loyal customer for years with Jabong, but my most recent experience and thankfully the first of its kind with there customer service team. Extremely indifferent conduct. total lack of empathy .. and typical by the book response .. no concern on customer concern.. every error, every delay, every non response if for the customer to check and correct ! nothing that the entire team at Jabong would do to make the customer experience better. Worse still.. if you write to them .. they conveniently choose to not reply... Very very disappointing !!!

Very sad experience. Even after getting costly Sandles from a trusted brand like woodland the Sandle is now broken within 27 days of purchase and according to jabongs policy they cannot even be replaced or return. Jabong has lost a customer forever.

Very bad experience, infact the worst ever experience ever during online shopping. Orders are delayed by double the time which is promised, exchange orders are canceled with reason such as system glitches without any proper reason. And the customer care no I guess Is the busiest in the world , which takes more than 10 minutes to atleast connect and calls get disconnected abruptly, without any call back.

Jabong is a fraud site. I had cancelled the order on 7th of August. It has been 15 days now, I haven't received refund for it, inspite of mailing my bank details 4-5 times to team of Jabong. Forget about refund, now they even don't reply to my complaints.

Very bad experience with jabong, don't purchase product on jabong, he was automatically cancelled my order without knowing me, after 7 days not taking action on purchasing product, when I escalate then it was cancelled iteam. And still now any refund my amount so I recommend don't buy any product from jabong.

I did shopping from this site and there not even once where i didnt faced problem with the product or funds related issue .. there customer executives dont know how to talk to customers and give a impression that we customers are shopping from a scammer . My payment of 3k is stuck with them , i provided them proper mail reagarding it but when i gave call to them they told it is already shipped where it was showing just confirmed when i was about to call them.please dont shop from this site these people are real scammers and i would put a RTI in cunsumer court regarding it . Moreover you cant even talk to there higher dignetaries.. these servises sucks and jabong is a real scam company .
Worst shopping experience
Hi,
I was a fan of Jabong till I had to return two products an order. There was no free return and then my app was not allowing the 'Self-ship' option.
I was first thought it was an app issue so i uninstalled and installed it again but the problem persisted.
I called the customer care so many times but i was put on hold for more than 15 minutes all the time.
Then there so emailed them where they say they will revert within 48 working hours.. i didn't get any resonse. So here i am not knowing what to with Rs 2500 merchandise.
