I have been a regular customer of Jacked Nutrition for the last 5 years. Their products are always original and authentic. The staff is extremely helpful and has excellent knowledge about supplements. One of the most reliable nutrition stores.

Their product quality and and customer service level is amazing. The guy named Danish from customer support made sure that i don't get away empty handed when i had to pick up my order from Gulberg branch and didn't have much time to wait. Salute to their customer support.

I had a very disappointing experience with this creatine product. When I received it, both the outer seal and the inner seal were already open, which immediately raised concerns about safety and quality.
I contacted customer support to complain, but the response was extremely poor and unprofessional. First, they refused to accept that the product was already open. Later, they told me to visit any of their branches for a replacement. I went to the Gulberg branch, but they flatly refused to exchange the product, saying it was already open and that since it was purchased online, they could not do anything.
Both the complaint center and the shop staff kept repeating the same excuse: “Sir, this product does not have a seal, it only has a vacuum barrier which can be easily removed and reattached after opening the box.” This explanation is completely unacceptable for a supplement like creatine.
Additionally, the product does not look authentic. It appears repacked, the texture is different from normal creatine, and the powder is clumped together, showing signs of moisture exposure.
Overall, this seller shows no responsibility, poor quality control, and terrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend buying supplements from here
