Such a great experience

I joined Jacked Vegans because I wanted to improve my relationship with food and see the results I wanted while training. I’ve been vegetarian for over 2 years and wanted to give it a try and go fully vegan. At first I was a little nervous because changes required commitment and consistency and I was all over the place trying to make it work, once I had my enrolment call I knew I was in the right place.

I’ve experienced a big change in my energy levels, my confidence, my body composition and finally my muscles are showing up haha I’m grateful for all the support and the help, the encouragement and the community within the program.

If you’re trying to go vegan and at the same time build the body of your dreams, don’t miss the opportunity to join.

I joined Jacked Vegan's Academy Program…

I joined Jacked Vegan's Academy Program almost 2 months ago and already see incredible results in my body composition, how I feel, and my overall nutrition. I have so much clarity on what foods I need to eat to crush my daily protein goals and the right exercises to perform. I am 45 days into the program now and can see many results not only physically but also in my mindset and how I feel deep within. I’m so excited for the next 3 months to look back at how much I have been crushing it. It also feels good to look in the mirror and see how I am becoming the greatest version of myself. Really, the effort they put into creating the program blows me away each time. This program supports everyone on a vegan journey looking to become their greatest version.

In the beginning, I thought this would be hard or very costly, but it ended up being very easy, especially with the Jacked Vegan App. Through the app, I can select different kinds of recipes, ingredients, and foods to prepare my meals. I am able to track everything from caloric intake (protein, fats, carbohydrates) to my daily exercise routine. The app provides specific exercises that gradually elevate based on my progress and track my entire progress since day one. The one-on-one coaching was crucial for me. I received so much support, guidance, and encouragement. Having a real fitness coach follow up with me and guide me each week was a game changer. Sometimes we don’t realize how important it is to have someone to keep us accountable.

My favorite thing about Jacked Vegan is the way they managed to condense complexity into simplicity. This program and the entire community are just wow. If you are reading this and considering joining the Jacked Vegan Academy, this is your sign to just go for it. This is it, the holy grail of vegan nutrition and fitness. I don’t know if there is another program like this.

Since day one, before enrolling in Jacked Vegan's Academy, my intention was to receive specific guidance around proper vegan nutrition and a daily routine so I could achieve my ultimate body goal of losing body fat and gaining muscle. I started my vegan journey 6 years ago. At first, I felt very good about the decision to become vegan because I felt lighter and lost weight. Little did I know that part of the weight I lost was also muscle mass. I became a bit concerned because I started becoming skinny fat rather than athletic. I was going to the gym, practicing yoga daily, and pushing myself hard but not really seeing any results in muscle growth. For a while, I was convinced that being a vegan with muscle was almost impossible until I came across Jacked Vegan. They offered exactly what I was looking for to refine my nutrition and fitness game and ultimately become a Jacked Vegan. From the beginning, when I saw Julian sharing about the program, I felt in my heart that this was it. I immediately enrolled for a free call and embarked on the academy. The enrollment process was smooth and easy. I felt seen, received, and reassured that this was not only the right step for me but the ultimate one. From the beginning, I felt so much support from the entire team. Although I was a bit nervous about the unknown, I also felt a lot of excitement. It felt like I had just met my family.

Jacked Vegans me encanta!

First, let me say, this program is not for someone who is like warm in their intentions and goals but if you are willing to be coached and trust the process, you WILL get the results you seek. The reality of making changes comes from taking personal responsibility for our actions.

That being said, my initial phone call was pleasant and didn’t get the impression of being sold to, probably because I had already made up my mind to join regardless of the cost. I understand that if I want to level up, the quickest way is to learn is from those who have the results I desire. I was very excited to get started.

So far, I’m completely thrilled with my experience with Jacked Vegans. The coaches, community and resources to succeed are always evolving. I appreciate that JV is always looking for better ways to support their clients and take feedback seriously. I’m on month 2 and very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the coaches. The community is absolutely amazing and supportive. It’s just really great to be in community with other vegans who are developing mind, body, soul. I have seen considerable changes in just the first month in regards to my body composition (fat loss) and excited for the next phase!

Probably my favorite part about JV is the community and support. I have had some struggles along the way and have been met with kindness and compassion from other clients and the coaches. These are the people I want to be community with and I can’t wait to go on my first retreat. My coach Gigo is the best! She is such a delight to speak with on our 1:1 calls and always available to answer any questions I have. I always feel supported.

I would definitely recommend this program to those who are truly committed to achieving their goals and willing to be coached. It’s all about what you put in. After all, no one can do the work for us but if you are ready to go all in, then I highly encourage joining us!

Highly recommend this program to get in the best shape of your life as a Vegan!

I joined Jacked Vegans because I "tried" to be a Vegan in the past, and I was 100% Vegan, but I was a "dirty Vegan" and ate terribly, which caused a LOT of weight gain and bloating. This time around I wanted it to "stick" and I wanted to look and feel and be my healthiest. I was a former personal trainer and competed in bodybuilding 7 times to win 7 trophies, so I knew I had the discipline given the right nutrition plan. Once I saw Julian and spoke with him personally on the first call I was hooked. I mean just look at the guy and his girlfriend! THAT was what I used to look like when I competed as an omnivore, and THAT is what I wanted to look like NOW as a Vegan! In only 6 weeks SO FAR my stomach bloating is GONE, and my girlfriend says my 6pack is coming in. I can see veins where I never saw them before.
Another 6 weeks to go and I KNOW I'm going to be in the best shape of my life...and that is at 61 years old! I feel 40! I have energy, the food choices are fantastic, and the coach is always just a message away and super responsive! I 1000% recommend Jacked Vegans to anyone looking for the healthiest way to become Vegan and ALSO in the best shape of your life!

SIGN UP!

The reason I joined this program is because i did a lot of research prior to joining this program and learned the many health benefits there was to becoming a vegan. I was a pescatarian for four years prior to this program knowing I would make the switch soon. The switch was this year joining the program. I come from a family with a list of health problems, from diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, inflammation issues, thyroid issues and many more. I knew it was the food we were eating because the medicine is in the food we eat everyday. So I joined this program not only to get jacked of course but for the guidance and proper way to do it. Which has lived up to the expectations.

During my enrollment call I was a bit nervous only for the price to be honest, but I look at it as an investment for my health and body. Also for the guidance that I needed the program really put me on game. It has been totally useful.

Some results that I have gotten so far and I’m about 5 months into the program. I feel great, I look great, I’m at the lowest percent body fat I have ever been. My body has never looked this good not even in high school as a three sport athlete.

But my favorite part about this program is the community, everyone acts as if we are all one big family. The support is here if you need it. People will listen, give input, give options, encourage you, support you, I mean it’s legit a healthy family relationship.

If you are on the fence about joining… I totally get it I was there, but man has this program really changed my life. On how I eat, meal preps, my workouts now I feel like I’m not over training. I learned so many recipes that is high protein and so delicious. Most importantly I learned to take accountability. Don’t hesitate to join it’s really a game changer!!

Take the leap of faith, you won’t regret it!

Joining JV has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was encouraged through a coworker to give them a try. I went to JV skeptical but ready to make a change and better my health and overall just feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I started the journey skeptical and nervous, my coach helped me through that, and instead told me I had every reason to be excited because I was finally taking control. Almost immediately I started seeing a difference in my energy levels I felt great! Even those around me noticed, I am losing weight and no longer getting discouraged by the number on the scale but instead enjoying the process of properly fueling my body and seeing the transformation happen before my eyes. I thought I was alone going through this and I was wrong, my coach has my back and has become one of my biggest cheerleaders and that is very motivating and encouraging! I’m glad my coworker told me about JV, I have experienced so much positivity in such a short amount of time, I can’t wait to see what the end result will be.

The coaches are amazing and uplifting

The coaches are amazing and uplifting. It’s very motivational even if you are in a time
Of challenge in your life. I was skeptical on my first call and nervous but I was never disappointed. I didn’t know what to expect . I’m glad I joined although I have had a lot going on in life and very busy…Marshall always followed up and encouraged me. I still managed to lose 12 pounds and also loose inches. My eating is much better and my energy is amazing. I still have a lot of work to do but I know I will be good. The workouts , meal plan and attentive follow ups are all on point. I would recommend Jacked vegans to anyone.

Incredible support from an incredible community

I jumped at the opportunity to with with Julian Hierro and his team and what a pleasure it was. Upon joining I was provided with a plethora of such valuable vegan recipes, mindset tips, nutrition and training plans. For one month, I received outstanding 1 on 1 support from Will Brooks who I can't say enough positive things about. He checked in on me constantly, gave constructive feedback about the form I was using during lifts, answered all of my questions about nutrition, health and well-being. Will is also such a powerful lighthouse and holds such strong values which makes for an incredible experience on all fronts.

The 1 month of intense support has spring-boarded me for what I believe will be great success. I have 4 months of programming left to work through at this time, but will not hesitate to join the team again at the end of this experience. I have had incredible results on several fronts, and am quite proud of the man that I see in the mirror, from the aesthetic frame as well as the frame of integrity.

I was able to join some of the group calls which are filled with great value, as well as a mindset call with Eileen which provided an incredible paradigm shift and outlook on life.

Also, I am blessed to have found an incredible community of JACKED VEGANS that check in regularly, provide amazing support, inspire each other, share amazing recipes, stack massive wins and are making this planet a better place everyday.

Expert Coaching and More

About two months ago I committed to make a change in the way I approach fitness and nutrition, but I was lost as to how to go about it (having tried on my own before). After seeing an old friend’s results working with Julian Hierro at Jacked Vegans I inquired about Julian’s approach. From the very beginning, Julian’s coaching has been more than I could have imagined. Early on he took significant time understand my past experiences, current needs, and future goals. And then he took all of that and developed a comprehensive plan that’s so much more than just training and nutrition. His daily communication, encouragement, coaching observations on form and technique, and flexibility to adjust the plan as needed is not to be outdone. I am four weeks into the first phase of my program and the results are mind-boggling. Yes, I have to put the time and commitment into it, but significant changes like for me only happen when you have an expert coaching you. For anyone looking to make a change or enhance their current approach, I highly recommend Julian and the JV team. Julian and the entire JV community embrace you from day one and support one another in such amazing ways it is inspiring. Can’t wait to continue my journey!

Jacked Vegans are an excellent group!!

This is an excellent group! You can tell that they put a lot of effort and care in the planning of their training and they really want to see you succeed. Jacked Vegans has a very well rounded program from mindset to physical fitness. They care about the whole person not just the macros and the muscles and I really appreciate that. Once you get your training started, they really do check in consistently and hold you accountable, they want to see you win!

The community is also one of the best parts. They encourage you by showing you how far they’ve come and how consistent they can be, but they also share moments where they’re not doing so great but the rest of the group picks you up and helps you to keep pushing. This is a great community. Jacked Vegans are awesome!!

The program is worth every penny!!

The program is excellent. They teach you about nutrition and how to get enough protein and what supplements you need so your body gets everything it needs to function at its optimum level. My trainer Luce Marshal Fent is fantastic knowledgeable, supportive compassionate and caring. George was also very supportive and kind the person who scheduled the call with my trainer. They teach you how to use my fitness pal to track all of your calories there I was able to see why I was not loosing in the past my fat content was to high so I learned how to pull back on fat so I can get better results. It gives you the fat, carbs, fiber and protein and macros so you can stay on track with your fitness journey. They also have great recipes and meal plans which are so helpful on my fitness journey.

This is the best way to kickstart your journey to better health!

This is the best way to kickstart your journey to better health as a vegan! I had spent years doing fad diets and having yo-yo changes in my weight. One of my biggest problems was that I would go really hard at the gym one week and then take 2 weeks off afterwards haha.

Working with Julian and the team has allowed me to focus on exercise, nutrition, accountability, and mindset, building a regular habit and incorporating healthy habits into my whole life.

I highly recommend working with them! After 6 weeks I am down more than 10 lbs without losing muscle and everyone in my life is commenting that I look great. Can't wait to see what results I see at the end of the 12 months!

Amazing Way to Start Your Self-improvement Journey

You're assigned a coach that checks in on you every day, provides 1 weekly menu as well as a whole ebook of healthy, delicious recipes, AND your weekly workout routines. They make sure to ask you how you feel and help you tackle any hiccups you might have with tips that they've used themselves or have seen work for others. There's also whole community that's a text away that's there to support you, cheer you on and that want to see you thrive. It's definitely the best decision I've made for myself since going vegan about 7 years ago. Definitely try them out!

From the newbie vegan

Before starting this journey, I was a short term vegetarian at best. From day 1, I have been supported by my coach Eileen, who has literally turned my health and fitness journey on its head.

I started off in week 1 being able to do 4 push ups and weighing 184lbs, not being comfortable in my own skin.

After 16 weeks, my weight was down to 162lbs and I was lifting increased weight consistently, and confidently because of the regular feedback and coaching received through my check ins, correcting my form, maintaining my motivation and adapting my programme and nutrition to suit my schedule.

Through the support of my coach, I am held to account for both my training programme results and my nutrition. Understanding your food intake is so important and although I was concerned about being hungry through calorie and macro counting, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I sometimes struggle to fit in the food with the amount I have to eat, but I am still maintaining my weight. Now 41 weeks in, weighing 154 lbs, feeling great, body confident, living a more rewarding and fulfilling lifestyle and constantly seeing gains both in my weight lifting but also in my running, my main passion. I’ve also signed up for a triathlon, for which Eileen is adapting my programme for endurance training.

I’m so glad I took the decision to become vegan and to join the Jacked Vegans community, for the support of Eileen, Julian, Gigo and the rest of the JV family, all of whom can pick you up when you are feeling low or overwhelmed.

If you are considering joining the community, do it… you won’t regret it.

Have my dream body and find joy in living!

TLDR: JVA was worth it!!

25F 5’1” and 163lbs 29%BF when starting

one year later i’m 125lbs 18.4%BF and have developed a very healthy relationship with food and myself and understand nutrition and exercise in a way I didn’t before.

when i started i had coach Sol and we didn’t really click too well (she left the program 1 month after i became her client) and immediately i was placed with coach Gigo and my excitement grew tremendously. I felt very comfortable with her and i really enjoyed the way she coached and adapted nutrition and workouts to fit my lifestyle. She was very involved and really encouraging in every step of the way. Although i had seen results with Sol, my mental state and excitement (and progress) was much better with Gigo because I felt supported and understood which led me to go a little harder and also give myself more grace.

I couldn’t be happier with my coaching experience with gigo, I highly recommend finding a coach where you feel comfortable talking to them and expressing your concerns and most importantly to find someone that listens
and where you feel important in their schedule. The client/coach relationship we made felt very safe and transparent, this allowed me to reach my goals and also to talk about mental and emotional blocks I had really made the difference in continuing the process.

The community is very connected and welcoming, I probably joined minimum 2 group calls a week on average and always felt refreshed or that i learned something useful when joining the calls.

Eileen was also a huge part in my journey i think she is an amazing coach and had many 1on1 calls with her talking about mindset and self doubt. I love how caring they both were and how important i felt. In conjunction with that I also benefited a lot from the 1on1 calls with Claudia (if you are a spanish speaker she is fabulous and has a huge heart) I got a lot of insight on self sabotaging behaviors and did a lot of introspection work.

all of that said, I have abs now and i’m prepping for a bikini competition, my mental state is better than it was a year ago and I have tools for managing my nutrition, training and mindset that i can use for the rest of my life.

I’ve learned a lot about myself from…

I’ve learned a lot about myself from the very first day when Julian was willing to work with the 1/2 % that I was able to give at the time. I was very depressed, out of shape and didn’t want to even try the program. But because he and Gillian worked with what I had, and because I grumped and cursed and bitterly went through my first workout, then second, then third-it became more about how I have changed mentally even more than physically.
It’s meditation and commitment on my part, but positive reinforcement and patience on theirs which I have grown to love most.

Becoming the best version of yourself

What an amazing business with equally amazing coaches. If you’re looking for a fitness, nutrition and mindset programme, you’re in the right place. All your workouts and nutritional programmes are designed for you personally. They change as you change and as your needs change.
You never feel on your own from the daily check ins with your coach to the support of the whole Jacked Vegans community. And when I say community I mean family. You can have as much or as little involvement as you want but I know that being able to communicate with the other Jacked Vegans is so beneficial. Seeing each others progress really encourages you to keep to the plan and knowing there are so many people within the community cheering you on boosts your confidence.
Mindset is a big part of the programme and not only do your coaches help you with that there are also mindset calls where you can share, listen and grow. Even if you can’t make a mindset call or one of the wins and questions calls they are all recorded so you can catch up with them in your spare time (or on the treadmill).
If you want results, support and a feeling of belonging then the Jacked Vegans Academy is where you need to be. They care about you as an individual and truly want you to be the best version of yourself.
The biggest problem you’ll have is leaving them.

Amazing Program

I’ve been part of the Jacked Vegans for just a few months but I’ve seen so many changes to my body and my mind. I’ve never felt so confident of how I look, and how sure of how effectively I’m training and eating. My coach is incredible and super motivating.
