Nearly a month later and my order still hasn’t arrived. Customer service offered no real help beyond “we’ll look into it.” Extremely frustrating experience — avoid at all costs.

I placed my order over a month ago and haven't received my jacket; I hope you can refund my money in a timely manner as well.

This company claims to sell genuine leather racing jackets. It does not. The jackets are not leather at all but polyurethane knock-offs made in China. They look, smell, and feel like cheap plastic--because they are cheap plastic. What's more, they have a convoluted returns process that doesn't work. It is basically a scam. They have refused to refund me the money I spent on the purchase despite the jacket I purchased being misadvertised as real leather. I would never buy anything from them.

It's been over a month and a half and I still haven't received my jacket they said it was tied up at the port and they're sending me another one so it's going to be over 2 months before it arrives it didn't take two months for them to take my money I would not recommend these guys

The product I received was completely different from what was advertised. The hoodie is made of very cheap, low-quality synthetic material, and on top of that, it stinks!
What’s even worse is their customer service. After I opened a dispute case with PayPal, they tried to convince me to CLOSE the PayPal case in order to receive a refund. This is a well-known tactic and puts the buyer at risk, as closing the case removes your protection.
They claim they cannot process a refund while the case is open, which is simply not true. This felt like a clear attempt to mislead me and avoid accountability.
Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality is unacceptable, the product is misleading, and their practices are questionable.

Nothing like the pictures, I should have checked on here before I purchased the hoodies, school boy error. Cheap material nothing like what I bought from the website, and they stink of something horrid as well.
Probably not going to be able to send them back either as it says returns not accepted on sale items, which brings me to think it’s all a big scam as everything is always in the sale!!

Clearly a scam - Avoid. Product is nothing like you see on the website and returns/refund policy is a joke.

If I had been in a rush to receive the jacket, the pretty long time till delivery would have been bothersome. Fortunately, I ordered it well ahead of granddaughter's birthday, so no anxiety. And the company kept me posted on progress. But the jacket is a phenomenally high quality product. My granddaughter will LOVE it.

Ordered a Yamaha hoodie. I received a an extremely poorly made hoodie. For the price I paid I did not expect a copy and an item made and dispatched from china.
Delivery took just less than a month. It says delivery 5-7 working days via royal mail. The bit they miss out is it is shipped over and has to go through customs first.
Now having to return the item which will take another month.
Do not buy from this company. They are scammers

I ordered a jacket over 1 month ago it has taken a month to come even though there delivery time says 5/7 days shipping. I contacted them multiple times for shipping updates and was ignored and I requested a refund multiple times and I was ignored and eventually the jacket come however it’s very cheap quality and it stinks! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE… they scam people

Do NOT buy from Jackets4Racing!

I ordered a jacket with the expectation of 2–3 day express delivery, only to end up waiting an entire month. During that time, I emailed the company dozens of times and received little to no response. Their customer service is extremely poor and completely unhelpful.

When the jacket finally arrived, it was the worst jacket I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the photos on their website. The stickers were already peeling off and the material was fraying, making it look cheap and poorly made. The quality is absolutely terrible.

I am genuinely disgusted by both the product and the lack of customer service. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this company at all costs — DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If there were an option to give 0 stars, that’s exactly what I would have chosen.

It took a month for the item to arrive, with extremely slow tracking updates, sometimes a week with no update. The item finally arrived at the quality is horrible. Do not recommend this company at all.

The hoodie is a disaster and a huge scam. The fact that you run an online shop with such a conscience is really terrible! Please just give up! Thank you!

I orderd Ducati hoodie and received the cheap looking garbage intsead.
Missing logos, cheap shiny fabric, and overall terrible quality.
Looks like a knock-off instead of the actual product shown on the site.

It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered my jacket for an upcoming trip and I haven’t received it yet!! When I sent an email to the company, I got a reply saying there’s nothing they can do because it’s sitting at a warehouse!! I want my money back this is a horrible customer service experience. Do not recommend!

The quality and design of the Ferrari jacket is really nice. However, do not rely on the shipping with jackets4racing because the worldwide shipping takes just over two weeks so it is not fast worldwide shipping as mentioned on the jackets4racing website. I ordered a Ferrari jacket on the 13th December 2025 for my sister thinking it will come just before Christmas. The jacket arrived on the 28th December 2025 which meant my sister’s Christmas was completely ruined. If this is a present, order this jacket a month beforehand if you are going to order it.

The item arrived only to be the wrong size for my sister. While jackets4racing say that you can receive a full refund, they hide the small print because you don’t actually get your money back. I had to pay to ship the item back to jackets4racing in Spain without any prepaid label and the full cost and liability of shipping on me. So while jackets4racing gave me £68 back, I still made a loss on the jacket due to return costs which was £15. This meant I only recouped £53 back. I even asked if I could just swap the size and jackets4racing were making me pay for the shipping to ship the item back for another size. Absolutely terrible returns policy and horrible shipping times. One of the worst online retailers I’ve ever ordered from and a very poor customer experience.

Bought a hoodie for my son!! Absolutely shocking the quality of the hoodie! Its like a worst fake ever, although im sure this company isn't meant to be making fake goods!! Its a really really cheap hoodie, printing on this is unbelievable.
Please dont waste your money.
