It was very difficult to understand…

It was very difficult to understand when product was being delivered, I think customer service was trying their best to be helpful but it was not easy to coordinate delivery to a 98year old for their birthday diner - in the end we enjoyed the prawns very much but about a week later when they were dispatched and delivered - can’t fault the final product just getting it to a third party at a specific time and place was hard

Really good service

Really good service I needed king prawns for the next day, I sent them an email and they replied straight away to say they could deliver the next day for me.
Would definitely recommend them the king prawns were amazing as well my guests were really happy

Five star award

I should like to award this business a full five star rating even though my package arrived very late and inedible due to the inadequate nature of APC overnight courier .The seller got my order ready for despatch promptly and was sent as requested for overnight /next day delivery.Enter APC who ,quite simply '"cocked up" and the perishable package sat in the depot for nigh on two days.I suspect this was some kind of retribution with APC as I'd made a complaint earlier in the week about another overnight delivery from another seller going missing.I shared all this with Jack Hook and that I'm very disabled.I'd also shared that in the earlier incident with APC.they and the seller treated me like dirt almost making me out to be a liar..Today irecieved a very pleasant message from Joe at Jack Hook with an appology and a no quibble refund.They also took on board my concerns about APC overnight with a promise to review this.The order of oysters is of course inedible and Joe was even appologetic when I'd mentioned they where for a remembrance Sunday oyster & lamb casserole.So,thank you for believing in me and for the support.on what has been a very trying,upsetting ordeal.Thankyou Update 8 Nov very pleasanr update affirming refund recieved today .Thankyou

8 days later…still nothing

Placed my order over a week ago and still not had a delivery. Was only told the item was out of stock when I chased for the 2nd time. My bank account tells me I have still been charged full price and had to pay a hefty carriage charge on top for a delivery I have not yet received so all I can say is it better be fantastic when it does get here.

Selection of seafood

Always good service, the seafood I bought = smoked haddock, frozen shelled king prawns, frozen cod all excellent. This is my 3rd order and always order fresh mussel but these seem difficult to get.

They let me order and pay for some…

They let me order and pay for some items. After 3 days I had attempted to contact them for an update as nothing had been delivered. The calls and voicemails went unanswered. I then received an email 5 days after my order saying the items were out of stock. Not great service at all.

Excellent customer service given as my…

Excellent customer service given as my order didn't come on time due to a system error so they sent my order to me the next day and I received a partial refund immediately. I will definitely be ordering again best seafood I've had in Leicester! 👍🏾

Great customer service, all questions promptly answered. Top notch seafood (v large prawns & scollops) arrived promptly on the designated day. Fabulous quality, my dinner guests were blown away by the size and taste - would certainly order again (I found them via google, so not local and not heard of before)

They were quick to respond about the…

They were quick to respond about the delivery date ( late night). Very understanding and flexible and if I wanted to order other items i could and he would load it in one delivery order ( so no repeat delivery charges).Not 5 star cause the fish was not available after all!
