I was a loyal customer for two years, and then they suddenly stopped giving me the daily SC bonus. When I contacted support, they gave me a generic response about constantly updating and optimizing the player experience while completely avoiding my question about why my SC was removed. The daily SC was a major reason I kept using the platform, so without it I have little reason to return. If Chumba restores it, I would reconsider my review; otherwise, they have lost a loyal customer.
