I play in Ontario so location check has to be very accurate. It works perfectly with all other sites I play on using the wifi in my home. But not with this site! I have to use mobile data and it's not free or unlimited. So I don't like to use it. This is a new problem with Jackpot City as they could always verify my location before. Not anymore!

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an online casino.

I've been trying for over a year to get a simple issue fixed where promotional offers emailed to me don't appear on my account. Every single time I receive a promotion, I have to call customer service to have it manually added. They finally replied to one of my emails after about eight months, and the problem still isn't fixed.

Customer service is almost impossible to deal with. Emails are ignored, no responses via live chat, and phone calls are routed to representatives in South Africa who have no authority to do anything. You are not allowed to speak to a manager, nothing can be escalated, and no one takes ownership of resolving problems.

They also advertise instant withdrawals after 7:00 a.m., but when I requested one, it wasn't processed instantly. I contacted customer service and was told it would take up to 24 hours to process instead. When I pointed out that this contradicted what was written on their website, they refused to expedite the withdrawal, refused to escalate my complaint, and wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor or manager.

Most recently, their website stopped recognizing my home Wi-Fi connection. I confirmed my IP address and location are correct and tested multiple browsers on both my computer and iPhone. Every other website works perfectly. JackpotCity (both browser ad their app) only works if I switch to mobile data, but then I get disconnected from games every few minutes, making the site almost impossible to use.

Their response? "No one else is having this problem, so we can't do anything."

I have filed a formal complaint with iAGCO regarding JackpotCity's handling of customer concerns. My complaint raises concerns about the operator's failure to escalate customer issues, misleading advertising regarding withdrawal processing times, an ineffective complaint process, failure to properly investigate technical issues, lack of access to anyone with decision-making authority, and what I believe to be unfair treatment as an Ontario player.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone.
