I’m not going to leave a good review

I’m not going to leave a good review. First of all I initially redeemed to PayPal but realized I had my old inactive account still linked. I contacted support to ask how to cancel, and they told me I could not and that there was nothing to be done. Imagine my surprise when I found an option to cancel the withdrawal myself…support just basically said Oh and then shrugged. I’ve been waiting for an email with a link to change my PayPal address on file for hours, and no one can tell me when it’s coming. The card I have linked in inactive , and support told me I could change redemption cards by purchasing coins with the card I would like to use to withdraw. So I purchased more coins, and imagine my surprise when my cards DIDNT CHANGE. I eventually had to settle with bank transfer which was my last choice because of the slow processing, which is just great. Needless to say, I’ll never deposit here again
