I have been playing on this site for YEARS! It was my go-to site every morning. While having my breakfast I'd collect my daily points and play for a while. Niw, they've ruined the experience. They raised the minimum bets to 40,0000 points (except on one really crappy game…which is the one they point you to when you run out of points!), decreased the payouts and made it virtually impossible for the average player to collect the weekly bonus. They added extraneous, pointless “side-games” that gain you virtually nothing! Yup…they've done their absolute best to ruin what used-to be a fun site! And succeeded in doing so!

Software forces you to make super high minimum bets.. Daily free coins are barely one minimum bet on most machines so purchases are required to play. Software is intentionalltly programmed to deplete your bank and require addition purchases to continue. Any time you load a slot the software automatically increases your bet to a number that will deplete your coins in 40 spins. I had 8 trillion and it set my bet to 360 billion a spin as an example. If you lower your bet it will raise it back up when you load a new slot. Daily tasks force you to exit slots to complete to increase the odds of you accidentally making those ridiculous bets. You get about 2 minimum bet worth of free coins a day. They suck yiu into purchasing to play then have the software set to make you deplete and rebuy whether by forcing super high minimum bets, loading machines with bets set at astronomical multiples of minimum hoping you will accidentally spin before fixing it.

You ruined everything. Used to be fun.

Everything is a coverall on the bingo board. It's just impossible to cover everything every time. They make it that was so you will bet more and purchase.

I’ve been buying coins with Apple Pay never really paid attention to my bank statement until today. I purchased two $19.99 coins packages which was a total of $43.88. I got notifications I had been charged shortly after I got a 2nd notification I had been charged again. I immediately request a refund (still waiting to hear back). So I went through my purchases and saw a few double charges within 2 weeks. I will never play again. I know I won’t be refunded everything I lost . It’s sad 😞 when you can’t make a purchase and be charged correctly. And you guts are absolutely correct it’s all about making you spend more and more money. The games are not letting you win. They’re not letting you go to the bonuses often and if you win a bonus it takes it right back and then some. JACKPOT PARTY IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF. Don't use the bonus offer of 10% more coins on their website! I did and was charged an additional charge of $16.22 on a $24.99 purchase. There was nothing to indicate there would be an additional charge. It's seems very much like a scam!!!

Biggest scam casino game out there. Minimum bets are in the billions. Never hit a bonus round. Paid 50 dollars for more coins and lasted 2 minutes on minimal bets. What a joke! This should be illegal.

My issue is in order to participate in the quests, you have to bet at least 3 billion in coins or you don't get to participate. I sent them an email with this same problem and they reply with this..Francis Wagner (Jackpot Party Casino)

So I replied with this..You did not even address my issues. My main issue is that in order to participate in your quests, I have to spend a minimum of 5 billion coins each spin. Therefore, my coins go faster than if I was able to just spend 100,000 coins. I will be posting this in a Redit thread.

This game has become the biggest rip off of all time! I have it on three devices but am now letting them all go! On one of my devices I had over 300 billion and it said that I had to update to continue playing. When I tried to update it said that I didn’t have enough free space. It said that I needed 203 mb and I had 304 mb! Then it uninstalled and I lost all my coins. The coin package that I had just spent real money on! I emailed them and to this day I have not received a reply. As fast as you lose money on this is ridiculous! I used to enjoy it but the changes they made are ridiculous. On a high note I should be out of coins very soon and I will uninstall and find a different company to play games with.

You can’t win. Spend tons for coins and they are gone in minutes.

Played to get diamonds. Have contacted them a number of times. No response. Apparently out of hours, what nonsense as they outsource the tickets around the world, My grandson does tickets from 6.00am for an American company.
Bets are now at a ridiculous amount.
Played for years now and gets worse and worse

Absolute garbage. Made 3 purchases and only got to play 20 minutes. Never received a bonus round that amounted to more than 5 times my bet. Needless to say i have deleted the app!

I used to love this game and played every morning before starting my day in excess of 10 years. Recently the bets have increased to $40K as a minimum and unless this changes I will actually delete my account. Not a threat a promise. This app punish their loyal paying customers by charging them more each time they buy a coin package. I wrote them several times about this and get the exact same response what looks like different people. I would not buy another coin package from them until they change this practice. There are far to many other games out there like Jackpot Crush

This is the 3rd day in a row that the game wants me to bet trillions of dollars to win 30 diamonds. They just want you to buy more coins. Its impossible to achieve this goal without buying more coins.
