i found this casino by an ad in telegram and decided to check it out. so far its pretty great it has alot of variety of options for crypto deposits along with fiat deposits. I won in this casino and put a request for withdrawal last Sunday. The request for withdrawal is by crypto, so it must be processed pretty quickly.
But they freezed the withdrawal and at first requested to complete the 3d level of verification, I did it.
Then they haven't paid and told "we're checking bets" without any time frames or deadlines (though in the history of transaction I see notice that at the orevious cancelled WD that bets are checked), it's already a week as I wait for withdrawal and still there are no deadlines, I keep struggling and write the compalint to licensee, this is ridiculous to wait for crypto withdrawal so long + support doesn't provide any information. Looks like scam, I don't recommend this casino

Between the poor communication and the shift in how they handle accounts, I can no longer recommend Jackpotter. Do yourself a favor and move your funds to a site that actually respects its customers.
