Purchased the midnight hare espresso blend and was very disappointed. The only tasting notes we experienced was “burnt” in both taste and smell. Skip this offering and try another!

Rating is based on my order processing. Order was acknowledged, processed, shipped and arrived promptly.

Edited: Finally arrived, 18 days after ordering. The shots look nice, taste is OK but without much character; maybe it is a little the worse for wear after sitting in trucks and warehouses for 2 weeks. Owner wants me to blame the shipper, but maybe don't use UPS® Ground Saver? Other roasters use priority mail to Hawaii, much faster and probably cheaper.

Increasing rating to 2 stars because it did finally arrive. 1 star is what you get when you send me a customer satisfaction survey on a product for which I've paid but which hasn't arrived.

I will buy from these guys again. Their coffee is great

Prompt replied to my email requesting a change in the monthly order and did make the change in time for the ext auto ship. Beans continue to be freshly roasted when shipped!

Jackrabbit was quick to respond to my questions. They packaged my order for me even with short order notice and the beans were still warm. And the coffee is delicious!

We LOVE Jackrabbit Coffee. We place our order and within 5 days we have our coffee!!
A word of advice, order at least 2 bags, the shipping is the same for 2 as it is for 1.
Also, not advertised on their website, they sell the burlap sacks the coffee comes in. Some are quite colorful, we hung 4 from the ceiling in our screened in porch and they are quite the conversation pieces!!! You will probably need to call them to inquire about the sacks.

Fantastic coffee! We absolutely love that they sell in K cup form! It's the freshest cup of Joe you'll ever get from a K cup.
