Just a side note, when entering store I was cordially greeted and was shown some running shoes. I mentioned I would consider and left, on my return I had a client of mine...whom had a stroke, he was male. The comment that came out of the employee next, took me back.
" Oh you brought your pocket book back with you"
How disappointing that was.
On purchasing shoes, I vowed I will not come back into the store again...to myself.

It took three different sales associates, two different stores and three different brands and styles of shoes but I finally found a pair that are SUPER comfortable. And be sure to check out the Max Cushion socks from Feetures. They are the most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet!

I was quite nervous about shopping at Jack Rabbit after it changed from Rob Ronkers Running Spot. I had concerns about how much things had changed since the ownership had changed. I was pleasantly surprised at how little things had actually changed. The service was still outstanding and the inventory was still excellent.

I didn't have a good experience with…
I didn't have a good experience with Jackrabbit. In fact their online check-out and customer service was poor. Their site didn't take my discount code; I contacted customer service, who wouldn't add the discount. Later when I wanted to exchange the product for a different size (half size up), customer service stated the return cost would have to be paid by me. Though the prices on the site are great, I ordered a pair of Altra running shoes. Jackrabbit will not get my business again. I'll be sure and let the others I run with know about my experience.
Highly recommend
If you're new to running, having the right shoe is important. If you're a seasoned runner you already know. The staff at JackRabbit or BRC near SW Plaza is knowledgable and friendly and always offer great suggestions. And their return policy of 30 days is awesome, because sometimes it may be a great shoe, but not a great shoe for you. I highly recommend you try them for your next pair of shoes.

I've been happy with all of my experiences here. The people who work there are nice, and are helpful when trying to find a suitable shoe. The selection is great, and they also have a rewards program if you're a frequent buyer. They also offer running groups for a very reasonable rate, and for different level of runner. Highly recommend!
I placed an order and over a week later…
I placed an order and over a week later I was emailed & they told me they were refunding me bc the shoe I ordered was out of stock. I have since reordered a different shoe & now this has also taken over a week for the item to even ship out.
I’m a bit disappointed this go round :(
Fast efficient delivery - Easy return process
My order process was fast and delivery was prompt. I was able to return the shoes to my local store without problems. The whole process was very smooth.
The shoes were awesome, but they ultimately made my knees ache so I had to return them.

Went into a Running Fit store to try on shoes as a new runner. The man that helped me was super nice and patient. I had a gift card from JackRabbit to use online, so the guy ordered my shoes in store and got them sent to my house. Once I got them, I ran in them a couple times and didn't really like them, so I returned them for a new pair no problem.

I am very disappointed with my most recent experience with Jackrabbit. I ordered a pair of running shoes for my husband for Fathers Day. I waited about a week to receive shipping information before emailing to find the status of my order. I NEVER received an email back! I finally called (9 days after my initial order) and was told that the shoes were sold out and all they could do was refund my money. How long would they have waited if I didnt reach out ... twice!?!
While I am glad that they refunded my money, I find the lack of communication unacceptable. And... if I was able to place the order I should have been able to receive my items. Possibly they need to update their system for product and demand.
