Our experience at Jack Rabbit was amazing

Our experience at Jack Rabbit was incredible because of Daequan. My husband and I have never had such amazing customer service as he gave us. Daquan is truly an asset to Jack Rabbit and because of him We wlll never go anywhere else for our sneakers.

Jack rabbit or Jack asses?

I recently bought a pair of recovery sandals for my brother for Christmas. Unfortunately I was unable to give it to him during the holiday due to getting sick with covid. I did not get to exchange gifts with him and family until a later date. He opened his new oofos and loved them but a size too small. Sadly it was after the 30 day return policy. I reached out kindly to customer service for an exchange explaining the unfortunate circumstances. They did not give me the time of day or help me with an exchange. Sadly I have a pair of shoes that no one in my household can wear and have to purchase a whole new pair for my brother's gift. They have completely lost me as a customer. I find it difficult to see why someone can't make the simple exchange to keep the customer satisfaction and help with future sales.

I had to make several trips to the…

I had to make several trips to the store in order to make changes until I got the right orthotic. Each time I came back to the store, the clerks were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a quality shoe with quality help!

I read the reviews about this website AFTER I placed my order. I was so nervous but I had nothing to worry about. My package came unscathed and in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase. 🙂 I believe I will use this website again to purchase running shoes in the future.

Will Never Buy Here Again

I ordered two pairs of brooks shorts and a pair of trail shoes. The shoes came today and they look worse than my old trail shoes. I cannot believe that I paid 90 for a pair of shoes that someone has worn out the treads on. I received an email saying that they do not have either pair of the shorts. I will be returning the shoes tomorrow and will never order from here again. I guess when something is discounted there is a reason. I still can't believe they are reselling wore out shoes.

Great Customer Service and shoes

I got my shoes within 2 weeks. At first i was given a wrong tracking number and when i emailed customer service they responded within a day and helped me out saying that they would email me when my order has been shipped. A couples days later i emailed them again and this time they responded within hours and she gave me the correct tracking number, information, and usps link to my package ETA! My package was delivered the next day and my shoes are perfect!!

Terrible Customer Service!

Do not order from JackRabbit! I ordered an expensive pair of shoes as a Christmas gift during their “$50 off your purchase” promotion. When my husband opened them we discovered they sent Ladies’ shoes instead of Men’s’ (my order was correct, they sent the wrong shoes). Their Customer Service phone had a recording saying they were not taking calls, only email requests. It took them over a week to respond to my email, and then they said they couldn’t exchange the shoes. They sent a return label and a code for 15% off, but I would have to reorder the original shoes, and lose most of the original $50 discount. Because of their mistake! Thanks, but no thanks. We’ll get the shoes elsewhere.

Don’t buy from jackrabbit

Don’t buy from jackrabbit. I’ve ordered shoes and never received them. They have no customer service. The 1-800 number hangs up on you before telling you to send an email but they don’t respond to email.

I ordered something and want to return. It’s been a week and still no response. As others said, when you call the customer service line, they say 4 mins wait time and they discount you! I’m going to do a chargeback soon with them!

You can't talk with a customer service…

You can't talk with a customer service person live; only via email. When you call, most the time you get a recording that says the wait time is 4 minutes... then you wait about 5 minutes only to get disconnected. Sometimes when you call, you just get the recording that says we are too busy so email us instead. I'm a "Gold" member cause I spend so much with them and I can't even get a supervisor to call me!

The website is horrible to navigate…

The website is horrible to navigate trying to figure out where my order is. Everything comes in separate shipments and it looks like now they want to charge me for shipping for 1 pair when it was listed as free shipping when I bought it. No matter what the deal is, this company is garbage.

Bad customer service outweighs discount prices!

***Update: Received an email this afternoon from "Breezy" their customer service service bot - explained how to do review and how long to wait for refund. Will update when refund processed (return shipping cost is on me however).***
Do not order - NO customer service - no response on FB, phone or email. What happened to this company? So sad. I have ordered from them before (1 year ago) so I didn't read reviews. I ordered on Saturday and realized the next day I ordered the wrong shoes. I emailed customer service on Sunday - Tuesday and no response. Their customer service # won't even accept a VM. Magically however the order shipped first thing Monday morning! So now I have to refuse shipment and try to get a refund via PayPal or BBB. I wonder if employees are aware of these practices? How very sad.

Does not keep accurate inventory

I have ordered from Jackrabbit twice now and both of my orders were cancelled due to the item being out of stock. On the first order, in June, I had to email them and ask where my shoes were because it had been weeks, my card had been charged, but I had no update on shipping or anything. That's when they told me the item was out of stock and they would refund me. Not sure how long it would have taken to be informed had I not asked. Customer service seemed decent, so I gave them one more try in November only to have this order cancelled again. Thankfully this time it was timely. BUT Do not trust the inventory online. It's a waste of your time to buy from them.

Did the ol' bait and switch

Did the ol' bait and switch. I purchased a running belt, which is all I was looking for. The site said that for just a little more than shipping, I could get socks that would make the shipping free. Fine, cool. Except I order the socks, they send them, and then they send me an email that says they don't actually have the thing I ordered, so too bad I just get some gd socks that I never would have ordered had I not tried to get the running belt. Such an annoying tactic to take my money for something I don't want or need. If this really happened, your website algorithm sucks and you need to fire your coder.

My experience was all good

After reading all these negative reviews, I felt it necessary to write my own. I am not a fake reviewer. I am a real customer. I recently purchased a pair of new model New Balance running shoes. I found the JackRabbit website online after looking at Amazon and New Balance directly. JackRabbit wanted 30% less than the other sites. I ordered. The next day they shipped. 2-3 days later they arrived via UPS. The shoes are exactly what I ordered. No complaints here.
