they do all the KYC in-house

"**Required Documents**: To complete KYC, you'll need to provide a government-issued photo ID (front and back), proof of your address (like a utility bill or bank statement), a selfie for verification, and your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax purposes if you’re redeeming for prizes over $600. Additionally, a source of funds declaration may be required for high-value redemptions." This is directly from them. Keep in mind they do all the KYC IN-HOUSE! No thanks.
