SCAMMER ALERT. First thing to know is that they are definitely NOT in London. If you order from them they will likely send the wrong item or size and if you want to return it, you will have to pay the postage back to China which costs a lot and weeks later your package will arrive back at your address. This is a well known Chinese scam which regrettably I fell for. You have been warned...

As every review has said, total scam-unfortunately my husband made the purchase before I could check the reviews.
Terrible that companies can get away with this blatant misinformation and keep your money.

Clothes of extreme poor quality. Overpriced... Online clothing pictures are not what they sell...it's shocking...why is this company still selling...
Absolutely disgraceful

This company definitely needs to be stopped, they mislead customers by their glossy photos but when the items arrive, it is very poor material etc. the company pretends to be based in London and when you try to request a return address it takes them weeks to disclose it. It is very expensive to return the clothes back to China. My experience wasn’t good at all, returned the items and the company refused to take it and was returned to me. Keep away from them.

An absolute scam. Stay well away .Cheap nasty rubbish and very hard to return.

This company need to be stopped form advertising- False advertisements and lying about being based in London.
Returns to CHINA are not clear . And yet the items are mailed by Relay a uk courier . One BIG scam .

Agree with all the comments made by others. I too thought this was a company based in London and bought a dress. It took an age to arrive and when it did it was cheap satin type material so can imagine it will fall to bits after a few washes. Very disappointing and will think twice before ordering form companies like this in the future.

Total scam. The dress arrived and was about three sizes too small and the neckline was way too high, clearly faulty. The fabric was shoddy and not at all like the photo. Getting a refund seems impossible.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is not what it claims to be. They present themselves as a boutique based in London that is in the process of closing down. In reality, they are drop-shipping low-quality garments from warehouses in China, with no apparent connection to the UK.

While disputing the transaction with my card provider, I asked the company whether they currently have - or have ever had - a physical shop in London. They have yet to respond.

Their returns policy states that items must be returned to China. However, I successfully argued to my bank that it is reasonable to expect a company presenting itself as UK-based to provide a UK return address. Fortunately, I was able to recover my money.

For anyone in the same situation. Dispute the purchase with your card provider. Do it as soon as possible.

Deserves Zero. Total scam, nothing to do with London. Size 12 was prob a small size 8 and a piece of tack. £50, annoyed at myself for not checking reviews first.Social media shouldn’t allow advertising.

Do not buy from this company. Goods are from China dress sizes are completely wrong and the quality of the clothes look nothing like the advertised goods. Like others have said €17 at least to return goods. They also advertise as a closing down sale then remove all wording saying closing down. It took three weeks for my dress to arrive. I read the trust pilot reviews on their site too and thought it looked ok. When I originally looked here I couldn't find these reviews. You have been warned!!

My mum ordered a dress from thus company but this item is not as the photograph shown in their catalogue. It looks awful on and is just not suitable. After many emails to and fro over a period of weeks, I have FINALLY been given a return address in CHINA. The carriage cost will far outstrip the cost of the dress. This is fraudulent selling and the authorities should be made aware of it.

i had no idea it was a scam. I checked on the website and it said that people rated them high on trustpilot and i requested for an immediate cancellation. they should be sued for false advertising, and quality of product and false reviews. is it possible?

Absolute Chinese rubbish. I paid £50 for shoes, I've never seen such poor quality.
From 40 dollars to return to China! I put them straight into the bin.
Nothing whatsoever to do with London. Not even worth one star.

I truly wish that I had read your reviews before I ordered. I assumed that I had ordered a pair of quality mens XL denim dungarees from a London uk based company that was closing down after many years & selling off stock at a discount.

All lies, lies, lies. Turns out rip off company from China. Dungarees arrived today, which was a surprise in itself having read reviews. But were absolutely nothing like the photos or description. They are cheap thin denim, legs ripped to shreds & labelled for girls. Sizing appears suitable for very young teenager. It is disgraceful that a site in this day & age can get away it. These were £49 !!!! Checking returns policy it would cost around £30 to send back, with no guarantees. Looking at other reviews they never pay, so it would be a double whammy. Absolutely gutted no recourse & truly stuffed. £49 I can ill afford down the drain.
This is truly a scam on an industrial scale.

They even show 5 star trip adviser reviews on the web page for this item. So even scamming trip adviser.

Has anybody out there managed to get a refund from these people. Ive had two parcels delivered and wanted refund but at a cost of £50, but if parcel is damaged in anyway I wont get it.

Do not trust this company - they are selling FAKE PLASTIC calling them premium leather shoes. I purchased Dr Martens, but what I received was something completely different. The items are shipped from China, they charge US $40 for returns. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR SELLING FAKES, IT IS ILLEGAL.
