Last Thursday we had an apartment inspection carried out by our trusted Manger Lauren Pogue from

This is my first time as a Landlord using the management services at JS. They do not disappoint and are worth every penny. Hunting for a suitable property in central Chichester proved challenging but after a number of disappointing searches, Jackson Stops recognised the challenge and instantly produced the star property! Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed. Splendid service from Andrew, ably assisted by Phil in the Chichester office, helped us through the process most professionally and with charm.

My washing machine broke, which is less than ideal with two teenagers:) I emailed Jackson-Stops and property manager Marco Correia and Georgie Tilby (maintenance team) organised for someone to come out the next day (Friday). They then had it replaced by the following Tuesday. Very efficient service. Thank you! Much appreciated:)

We have just completed on our house move with Toby, Guy, Trudy, Freddie and the team in Lindfield - they are fantastic and all need a mention! They worked incredibly hard throughout the process and know their stuff better than anyone. Fantastic network which resulted in an offer, a subsequent exchange and completion (and exactly when they said we would). Hugely trustworthy, and such lovely people to deal with. Can't recommend enough!

Our initial experience with dealing with this agency was positive. They were helpful finding a property that suited and dealing with the initial lease set up. However, after moving in it was clear that many maintenance issues in the property has not been adequately dealt with. Multiple issues needed repair and even three months after moving in we are still awaiting resolution of some of these. If communication and courtesy had been offered for example a call to explain what was happening and when resolution could be expected I might be less disappointed. However, what we received instead was complaints about the landlords expenses, blame directed at tradespeople, and weak justifications. Is it too much to expect that a fireplace be repaired in winter within 3 months? Or that a kitchen sink be able to be used? I have no idea how many days myself or my partner have had to stay home from work, send emails, make phone calls to get these basic issues addressed. I honestly have no idea if this is just a super cheap landlord who is refusing to get repairs done or if someone has just completely dropped the ball at the Wimbledon branch but rather than call to be rude and tell me off an apology would not go astray.

Exceptionally helpful, reassuring & proactive support from Philip, Michelle and the team. I would recommend J-S to anybody wanting to see a house in Dorset.

Jackson-Stops made a very thorough job of marketing materials and advised well on current prices. The house viewings were carefully handled and Lottie in particular was always quick to respond to queries. This made the whole stress of moving much more tolerable. Thanks again to all Newmarket staff for making the move comfortable.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Esta - she's an incredible agent. We were in chain together and Esta really did go above and beyond!! nothing was too much for her, in fact I haven't been this impressed with a fellow agent in a long while.
