From ordering to delivery we had first class service. Yesterday I emailed about the tracking number, being old it appeared i had missed a number. Before I checked my emails this morning the item was delivering. The delivery men were so polite and even carried our new mobile scooter into the house for us. Nothing was too much for them. Recommend this coming and delivery 100%. We are looking for a pair of recline and rise chairs, definitely looking no further than Jack stonehouse.

Recently purchased a 3.5 x 3.5m gazebo with sides. I had a great experience, delivery was next day and the product was as advertised. It was also nearly 50% cheaper than other suppliers that were selling the same item. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, I will go to them again in the future!

Purchased a pro rider golf trolley on Aug 2023. The attraction was that it supplied a 36 hole battery. Nowhere near lasting 36 holes, struggled to complete 18 holes, it now struggles to complete 15 holes. Battery only had 1 year warranty and have been told to get the battery checked or buy a new one after only 27 months and only used one round a week 90% of the time. Customer service is terrible. If you want cheap you certainly get cheap with this company, stay well clear.

Recently had an issue with my golf trolley and got in touch with their customer services team and had it resolved in a matter of hours. Excellent response and clear communications from their team.

Really happy with the quick service provided. Bought a bike for my daughter it’s excellent quality/ looks great/easy to construct and light weight.

Ordered an extendable radiator cover as have a large radiator but wasn't big enough to cover so contacted these guys to organise a return & refund, WOW, in this day and age of disservice then cannot recommend this company enough, customer service guy called Afaz was absolutely amazing from start to finish, was professional, courteous & polite throughout, he organised a convenient day for DHL to come and collect, confirmed collection & confirmed full refund, yeah takes 5 days but that's standard practice and truly geniunly blown away by how absolutely professional these guys have been throughout and when it comes to the standard radiators then absolutely will be using these guys.

Really happy with my Kettle, the customer service was excellent, my order was received very quickly. Extremely happy overall and I will be visiting the Jackstonehouse website in future. Thanks.

Purchased a ceiling light/fan. 2 weeks after install the light does not work. They insisted on photos and videos of a non working item! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, seriously a picture of it not working! Despite challenging the request and stating its impossility and saying i have a disability that stops the use of one of my hands, they persisted.

Products are cheap, unfit for purpose and cost more to install. It is not worth the hassle or accusation that will come your way. Be warned, stay away.

The customer service is second to none. They have sent me out 2 replacement parts including a new battery for my trolley

I brought a bike on line it was damaged within a week I sent an email and within a few days they had sent a replacement and arranged for the damaged bike to be collected they made sure my replacement was tested before I had it I'd recommend anyone to purchase from Jack Stonehouse I can't believe how quick I had replies and how smooth and easy it was a really really big thank you to all who made this experience so nice amazing customer service thank you very much

I had the misfortune of having to return not one but two scooters which I found quite daunting. (Grandsons Christmas presents).
From the very first phone call the after sales was excellent. Collection of items arranged and duly picked up and refund in my bank account. Thank you so much.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered an electric golf trolley from them. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the order was delivered very promptly.

However, when it arrived one of the parts was upside down making it difficult to use and with the passage of time, the phone holder will be unusable as it will fall out of its bracket as the opening is at the bottom instead of the top.

Attempts to get them to deal with the matter resulted in repeated deflection of the problem to me and then to demand £15 to return the defective product.

First and last time for these guys.

I did not write this review until such time as I had a number of exchanges with the company. They didn't want to know and repeatedly inferred that it was my fault. If something goes wrong, that happens. It is how they deal with it that bears judgement.

In this case, they had a number of chances to respond in and failed miserably

Had a gift ordered from however wasn’t suitable so had to return. Contact by email was quick and easy with the return being organised promptly and refund processed on collection of item. I’ll be considering these guys for my own purchases in the future.

From start to finish, this was an excellent service. Easy to order, prompt email confirming order. Delivery came next day, way ahead of promised delivery timescale. Excellent communication from delivery company with 2 hour timeslot confirmed. Garden storage bench is great. An excellent company to deal with and absolutely no hesitation to use them again.

Efficient and competent in dealing with my problem, amongst the best service i have received anywhere in recent times.
