Next day delivery, really happy with the quality of the boots and only a fraction of the cost of a well known brand and honestly not lower quality at all. Will definitely buy from here in the future.

Don't buy sheepskin boots
Don't buy sheepskin boots, they look ok, but they are really basic, made in China, you'd probably find them for £20 top. They even come in a transparent plastic bag, no box, and then into a branded fabric bag.
I wasn't expecting anything fancy for £50, but at least some sort of decent footbed, which instead is totally flat. The lack of support makes your feet slide sideways and it all becomes a mess.
On top of this, returns are not pre-paid, so I had to pay for the postage.
Really disappointed. I would not buy anything ever again.

To clarify, our sheepskin is sourced here in the UK from certified suppliers. A portion of our products are then handcrafted at specialist partner facilities overseas. This allows us to maintain both the craftsmanship standards we’re known for and an affordable price point, without compromising the quality of the sheepskin itself.
We choose to package our footwear in reusable fabric bags as a more sustainable alternative to disposable shoe boxes, but we completely understand that preferences vary.
Regarding the fit: our classic sheepskin boots are designed with a soft, natural footbed that molds to your feet over time. However, every foot is different, and it sounds like this particular style wasn’t the best match for your needs. We appreciate you sharing this, as it helps us improve our product guidance.
On returns, we currently don’t offer prepaid labels unless there is a fault, though we do refund your original shipping cost along with the products you return which we believe is more than fair.
We’d really like the chance to make this right, whether that means helping you find a style with more structure, or ensuring your refund is processed smoothly. I see in our email communication you have opted to return the shoes for a refund, which I will make sure is done as soon as your return arrives safely. 🤍
