I kept asking them a year and a half ago, when an item would be back in stock. Braeden kept saying in a month or two. That was 18 months ago! When the 22k chain finally was posted to website, the price was raised by over $2500. Gold has gone up but not that much!! He is definitely not a man of his words and if that's what you have to deal when purchasing, what happens if there is an issue? Now the chains are sitting there with no takes on them! The deception is now revealed!!!

I purchased a chain and had to return it. I shipped it back per their policy and process, paid for the shipping. They never got back to me about the status of the return so I had to email and follow-up multiple times. Finally, their rep told me they were processing it and then the next day UPS sent a message that said it was “damaged” during delivery. The rep at Jacoje went MIA and never returned my email and I lost 100s on a gold chain that I believe Jacoje has but was reported damaged and thus never gave me my money back. They’re running a scam.

Placed an order after watching his videos and checking out his reviews. At the end of the day, it was the pricing and quality that made me decide to move forward with my purchase.

Couple of things to note, website says shipping in 2-3 days. He shipped after a week plus one day. I was fine with it because he was communicating. I asked him when he was going to ship the chain, and he did indeed ship on the day he said he would. It just wasn't 2-3 days. On the website, approximate weight was 81 grams, chain came in at 79.4. All weights are approximate so I guess it's close enough.

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. The chain is beautiful and very well made. I would purchase from Jacoje again in the future.

Warning! False advertising! I ordered a women’s chain and pendant, which jacoje website posted that it takes 3-5 weeks (business days). I emailed Braden because it’s been almost two months, and Braden told me it takes 8 weeks when his website clearly says 3-5 weeks! Then he told me he can cancel my order or refund me back! To remind you all when I placed the order I told Braden it’s a gift and he told me don’t worry it will arrive on time! Also he advertises lynx more then his own company, strange right, they just want to buy your gold for cheap and make u spend more on that website! Treat like crap when I was a returning customer and was going to purchase more items in the future, not anymore! I feel robbed, I want what I payed for and order not a refund or cancellation how rude!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE experience with Jacoje. I purchased a plain Franco chain. His website listed it in stock. Then it turned out it was out of stock. Then Braden would not respond to any emails afterwards. He has time to post YouTube videos but does not respond to emails from customers who purchased an item. I made another mistake of purchasing a Standard Boss cross pendant. Same thing happened. I purchased it on his website then Braden would not respond to my emails. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Terrible!

Website has to allow up to 4-8 weeks for shipping of our rings. We are now nearing week 10. Left 1 voicemail and called 2 separate times, no answer or response. A courtesy email pertaining to status of our rings would be nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jacoje. They failed to deliver what was promised, sending me low-quality, fake products instead of the genuine items I ordered. Their customer service was unhelpful and dishonest, making the entire process frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Jacoje. This company is unreliable and not worth your time or money.

❌❌This guy is ripping people off and he has a scam artist. I sent in a gold chain for repair that I bought from him a year ago and was told it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks it's been a month now and he's lying out of his teeth giving me multiple time frames now that he has the chain. He said he's not going to return the chain unfixed and refuses to send the chain back. I contacted the Attorney General and we're going to go to small claims court I already sent my final demand letter. Buyer beware

Bail size and actual length of the chain was actually different compare to what I heard from the inquiry, but the finishing and value of the product is great.
Quick response from the mail as well, just needs more accurate information from it.

am I glad I did! I had a few questions, sent an email,
within an hour I had my answers. The young man
who owns this store won my trust fast. He took the time to help me and that means a lot to me. His website has everything I needed to decide which chain to buy.
The gram weight and everything else I needed was listed for each item so I knew what I was getting.
Simply put; Jacoje is fast, helpful, has a great product at a good fair price. Now how can I beat that!

I found my new store for gifts and I may treat myself
to a few things too...
