A warranty visit from Mark and as well as resolving the issues with my Hot Tub speakers, he gave me loads of tips to improve the use of the Tub. Mark arrived on time, tidied up as he went a long and was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you have issues to resolve he really is an expert,

Would give them a zero if I could. We ordered goods from them that they failed to deliver and then every time we spoke to them they lied, claiming they didn’t know our address which was confirmed by them in writing. They then claimed they would send replacements they didn’t, and when we asked to make an official complaint to a manager we were told they were too busy and it would take weeks. Avoid them

The whole team at All Weather Leisure Shrewsbury were really helpful and friendly. The wet test of 3 different spas with Shannon was relaxed, professional and so useful in making a decision. They offered site visits to make sure installation would be trouble free. The installation team were
excellent and everything was explained well.
When we did have a couple of minor issues they were there straight away to sort it out.
Highly recommended.
From the minute my wife and I entered the Jacuzzi outdoor showroom at Bents Garden Centre we have nothing but praise for the team. We ventured over the Pennines on the promise of a deal on an ex display j-315 but also because of the full range on display. We were approached and skilfully brought into conversation (I don’t talk to strangers …) by one of the team ( I’m not gonna name individuals as they are a cohesive team) and every question and possible problem with site access at our house I could think off was answered and before I realised we were sat in the office with a bundle of incentives in our possession and I’d exhausted my excuses of why I shouldn’t spend a lot of money - so my last option was to change from ex display to new (this would confuse and disorientate them and allow our escape …)

We were led thro’ delivery etc.- asked to provide photos of the location any issues any access problems. The tub arrived with 4 lads to lift / manoeuvre / slide and locate exactly where we wanted it. Faultless ! . The only snag we hit was the lad who explained everything didn’t speak English at all …he spoke fluent Birmingham ( I had to video him to listen back and understand ) he was very Brummie!
I had panic sessions trying to balance my levels and the team were always on hand (far better than the call centre I must add) and even after 3 months they are very quick to answer distress calls about ph alkalinity and bromine levels. I’m very cautious about buying anything and yet this team at Manchester Jacuzzi made it a pleasure to part with …a lot of money. So I’m sat here at 11:30pm watching the stars whilst bubbling away avoiding my wife watching love island on catchup and being warned to turn the volume down on the blue tooth speakers and not to fall asleep as I may drown !!! Thank You Mark and team - from the bloke near Huddersfield

At last a customer care service which actually does what it says it will , my genuine thanks and appreciation goes to Jacuzzi Group in particular James Goodison.
A pleasure to speak to James, my simple low value O-ring got the highest level of attention and arrived in the post 2 days later, as a result we are now up and bubbling in the hot tub.
I know where I’ll be going for an upgrade tub,

We had our first jacuzzi hot tub installed almost 2 years ago and I would like to share my thoughts, experience and review of the product and customer service we have received to date. We have had nothing but problems since our first interaction with Jacuzzi and their dealership.
Hot tub number 1 issues (on installation)
• Broken and extremely noisy pump
• Large amounts of solid insulation form coming out of the jets once turned on causing jet blockages and a risk of damage to internal workings of the pumps/circulation system
• Smart tub never worked. Huge delays getting this resolved, told multiple times it was just a case of waiting for it to be registered, however weeks later it was discovered that the tub was fitted with a North America use only Smart Tub receiver, so would never have worked in the UK. They finally agreed to replace it which took weeks
• Multiple noisy and broken jets
• Multiple broken side/corner panels
• Multiple problems with the lid due to poor fitting
As Jacuzzi could not explain the floating foam, they decided that a replacement tub was necessary due to a likely manufacturing fault. There were quite a lot of problems and delays getting that organised and I am disappointed to say that the 2nd tub has been just as bad, if not worse.
Hot tub number 2 issues.
Again the install was organised and executed very poorly. These are the 'highlights' of the second tub;
• Lid not fitted correctly again, and we are now on our 3rd lid which I had to fit as they didn’t have any approved fitters in our area.
• Broken corner panel
• Light in a different corner panel is broken
• Leaking control panel
• Broken lights in waterfall
• Broken/leaking diverter/cup holder.
• Faulty thermostat, reading 6 degrees lower than actual temperature (which was a worrying safety concern).
General customer service
At the start this wasn't too bad. Recently though this has been really poor. Phone calls and emails are rarely returned when promised. Every time I call Jacuzzi, I have to re-explain the issue and reexplain what repairs are outstanding. All in all, a truly appalling experience of buying a £17k RRP Jacuzzi! Not the promise we were made when we bought the hot tub or when we were persuaded and agreed to having it replaced the first time. A decision I regret and wish we had just had Jacuzzi remove the first one a couple of years ago. We would just like to get into our hot tub to relax, without finding any more faults. There seriously can't be anything else that can go wrong with it. Oh wait, went in it last night and the ‘repaired’ diverter is leaking again and different light is out also due to another leak.
In summary customer service is poor at best and the product is worst. Save yourself the stress!
I easily found the items I was looking for. Reasonable prices
