Wish I had seen other reviews before dealing with this company, presenting themselves as an Australian online retailer. My experience with them is exactly as others have described. They don't deserve one star! They are scammers selling cheap products with fake images and don't fulfill refund policies. Do not go near them! Consumer law should shut them down?

Ordered a shearling bomber jacket that looked like faux leather in the photo. What came was a thin corduroy style jacket that looked nothing like the photo. Asked for a full refund, they offered $40 (cost $130) or a full refund subject to a return. I stupidly opted to return, which cost $30. Item was scanned in customs in China but never progressed beyond that. The Aus post tracking now says no information can be obtained and Jade & Wattle claim the item has not been returned, refusing to provide a refund. They are scam merchants. Stay away!

Product was nothing like the pictures, my 150$ "extra durable winter jacket" tore under the arms on the first try (my correct size).
Product didn't come in time for when I actually needed it.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered quite some jackets. Quality was good. Delivery took a little bit longer then I expected, 6 days, but it was all good. Customer service was also friendly. Had a good experience here!

Disappointed in this company. It’s not a legit shop front. It’s a drop ship company based in China but claims to be in Australia. The website looks impressive but The materials are of cheaper quality for what you are paying. The package gets split into several different orders and takes for ever to be delivered. No returns. They send it out a replacement but you have to pay for postage. Disgusting. I’m getting disheartened about online shopping and in future I will buy in person in a shop. Been burned too many times. Stay away!

What a scam:(
I ordered a beautiful jumpsuit and the piece I received is a piece of crap, does not look anything like on the photo except for the colour which is off-white. The fabric is cheap and not silk as advertised. The design is far from the photo advertised and the price paid was $129, with the value probably $5 if at all.
I am very disappointed and will try and return for refund, but I feel very confident this was a total scam, and they will blame me for something. The Sydney contact number does not work and the email response does not have any numbers or contact person! DO NOT USE them!! Wish I had space to add the photos of what I recieved compared to the piece advertised - its BAD!

Purchased sneakers - took forever to arrive. Were cheap Chinese rubbish that felt like they were made from cardboard and paper. Any orthopaedic claims on the website are obviously a complete lie and photos look nothing like actual product. Don't go near this business.

Item ordered was a 2-piece set (bikini with kimino). Item took weeks to arrive, and only received a 1-piece swimsuit. When emailed them to advise, they said I had ordered incorrectly, but could pay extra for the kimono. Could not explain why the swimsuit was 1-piece and not 2,nor why the kimono was not included. Also said if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for return shipping. Just kept getting push back that it was my fault. Company is NOT Australian as website suggests, and items are NOT as advertised. Save your money and buy locally. Their actions are completely insulting!

Total scam. When I called them to get a refund it was a random number not the business. Luckily I paid through Paypal so I was able to get a refund.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star . Absolute pirates , shocking quality , nothing like description . Don’t even think of ordering their merchandise.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish....should have checked here before ordering. Was lucky to get a refund through paypal, refund policies on website are not adhered to by the company

Do not purchase from this company, the contact number they provided was for a restaurant, it looks like they are based in Sydney but they are not. I asked for a contact number and they refused to provide me with one

False and misleading ads and description of items. I purchased a pair of OVER THE KNEE boots, sale price $94AUD. ($174 pre sale)
They’re nothing like the images or description, they came folded in a postage bag. The boots don’t even come close to my knee and I can barely zip them up past my calf.
Disgraceful, I emailed for a refund and instead they offered me 20% off as a gift for myself or a friend and no further communication.
Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a padded vest from Jade & Wattle. The purchase took weeks to be delivered and my follow-ups mainly went unanswered. When it did arrive, my padded vest was basically a child size, and I ordered a size large. It went nowhere near me. When I contacted them, they said it was on sale which I see is a recurring theme of theirs. They use this sale tactic so they cannot give refund so they put everything on sale supposedly And then they use this tactic not to do a refund. It is a complete scam and I see from other reviews they just keep providing all complainants with the same line to offer a 40% discount code. As if! I would have to be nuts to buy from them again, they are a complete scam And the site looks like it is an Australian company where it is completely offshore out of China. Don’t touch them with a barge pole unless you want to lose your money and waste your time.

Absolute fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT. They will charge you for high end products with pretentious jenerous discounts putting the description in the best way possible, but will send you looking-alike counterfeit rubbish you will never wear. On the request to cover return postage they will refuse offering instead 40%refund or credit voucher to buy another piece of rubbish from them. Last option they offer is to cover postage to their Asia hub by yourself, which could cost substantial amount. THUS - dealing with Jade &Wattle becomes your problem unless you are the person who 'd be happy to sue anyone and everyone for $100 damages. Service team does not react adequately on your requests. They just repeat mantra about BS policies that are absolutely against customer protection code.
You can buy same shit products 4 or 5 times cheaper from mass production stores or other more credible websites. In my case $100 wasted.
Brown High quality leather boots turned out to be a synthetic upper & toxic inner liner spotty, poorly reproduced leather look (NOT) boots that smell awful.

The delivery was very slow. Came from a Chinese sweatshop. The shoes are absolute garbage, wrong style and the size is miles off.
Contacted them to get money back said because it's a sale item I'm ineligible for a refund even though the product is wrong, but if I pay them €9.99 they will send me the correct product... Yeh nah not happening...
Please do not buy from this company they are scammers!
I am very petty and love wasting these lowlifes time so good luck to them.

I ordered a denim dress and was sent a flimsy polyester dress which looked like it was home made. I rang the number provided for returns only to be told by the restaurant, whose number it was, that Jade and Wattle is a scam. Now going through PayPal.

Boots for $149.99 and they were such poor quality and not as advertised. Not worth $40. Bad finish and very cheap pu leather. I sent photos of original listing and item delivered to show all the discrepancies and they stated “can’t refund a sale item”. I will be approaching my bank and Fair Trading.
