Excellent service received from Josh, when organising finance to purchase a new van, from the time I did an online enquiry I couldn’t have asked for better service, he certainly made the whole process very easy, continually gave updates and advice and got us a great interest rate too! Applied for a small loan, merely as a comparison. Have been approved by a much larger company but was comparing rates. Only gave me email address and phone number received an email, no phone call to say it was rejected. Can only surmise it was the size of the loan which was rather small.
Poor experience will not recommend or use again.

Highly recommend Jack as well as the Jade Finance team. They have helped on 3 occasions so far and each time has been a breeze. If you need a good trustworthy broker, these guys are the biz!

Beyond belief in the most negative way!

I will never use this company every again.

From start to finish of loan application (and by finish I mean I had to cancel the application) it was 22 days!

I was told my application was unconditionally approved numerous times and going to settlement on several occasions only to be told the next day a totally different story.

Plenty of promises but under delivering in customer service from start to finish.

My file went to who I understand was the highest in the chain at Jade Finance who promised to get the result only to then hand ball me over to the lender they recommended and now have told me via phone call they wished they never used them.

22 days later no outcome. Steer clear of this company and save yourself the brain damage.

If I could give a ZERO star rating that's what I would give them. A big thumbs down from me!

Perhaps they need to train their brokers to a higher standard because what I experienced was something you would expect from an amateur.

We were granted finance in a record time. Very minimal waiting and excellent customer service

what an amazing group of people to deal with. this is my second loan with them. Made things so easy, nothing was a problem. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and would definitely use them again in the future.
