I feel like I’ve been scammed. I bought this jacket as a birthday gift for my younger sister—she was really looking forward to it, but instead of the jacket, they sent me a pair of pants. I reached out to customer service, but nearly 10 days have passed without any response. To make matters worse, if I want to return the item, they expect me to pay double the original shipping cost—even though this was entirely their own foolish mistake. This is my first time shopping here, and it will definitely be my last; it’s been a terrible experience.

I got updates on my package constantly and it arrived pretty fast, there were no complications and the product is great, good quality and everything

I purchased some items for my birthday. The delivery took longer than you promised. The items did not fit, and there is a hole in one of the vests. I would like to return the items, but I am unable to do so. The items have not been unpacked, and it has been less than two weeks since the purchase.

The dress travel to Chile, and it was nice. I suggest to be specially carefull with the custom house, it was a trouble with de change from US dolars to chilean pesos. So, only I recommended to be carefull. Thank you for make happy to my dougther Rebeca ♥️🙏🏾

I live in Spain and order two of the same dresses to a friends in England to be taken to Spain because I wasn’t sure of what size I needed. When went to return the other dress they said I couldn’t because I was a day over. They wouldn’t even try and help. Also the dress was not good quality considering the amount I paid. And I ended up paying for two of the same 😩 VERY UNHELPFUL website

Way too small in size. Ordered colossus jeans in W26 a few years ago, and they were so big that they would fall down if someone gave them a gentle pull. I recently ordered a different pair of Colossus jeans, obviously thinking I would need the size W26 since that’s what was huge on me last time, and I could barely even zip them up. In the pictures of the jeans I got, it showed that the jeans would sit on your hips, but the ones i received were extremely high waisted.

Ordering from London to Mexico was seamless and surprisingly fast, with no extra customs taxes. My only notes are on sizing and currency: the XS runs quite tight, and the conversion rate to Mexican pesos felt a bit off compared to my calculations. As a local living in Playa del Carmen, I'd love to see you expand to the region—a boutique at La Isla Cancún or a concession at Palacio de Hierro would be amazing

Fit on the denim jacket not accurate or as expected.

The order came 1 week later while I payed for next day delivery, and they still don’t answer me for the refund of my 9£

As far as ease of website and ordering it was seamless... I can't comment on the fit as their for a Xmas gift 🎁

I’m honestly disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. The stitching is poorly done, with some seams not even properly finished, making the dress look and feel cheap. It’s a shame because their designs are truly beautiful and unique. I even showed it to a friend who said she’s glad I tried the brand first because now she knows not to order, despite loving their designs. The dress itself is gorgeous, but unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match the price.
