Been using Jade for literally years
Been using Jade for literally years. I like the illustrations and how in depth it goes about each change in the NEC
Couldn't get login in.
I couldn't get login in to do the corse. I've been doing your courses for about 20 years. Since I couldn't do it I no long have my electrical license.

I had two different CEU classes that were not sent to Washington State L&I
Extremely disappointed!
I was so disappointed how few topics the course covered. It certainly covered only the minimum requirements for electrical license renewal. I don’t think we even covered all of Chapter 1 of the NEC. I ended up waiting more than an hour for the timer to expire. That’s an hour lost that I could have done some real learning!

Got my hours but had to rewatch videos that I already watched to complete required hours... Pain. and have the option to change the AI voice.
Website needs work
In all the years of using Jade, worst experience ever, had to use a different website to complete my training because I couldn’t log in…now I need to make contact for a refund for a course that I paid for and couldn’t use!
After 20 years of Jade, I’m done
New format is not nearly as conducive to absorbing/retaining the new code material as the old format. I’ve used Jade for 20 years. It is more expensive than other CE’s, but I was always glad to pay it because the format & content was VERY good. I wanted to learn the application of new code changes & Jade was great for that. Not so much anymore. I told everyone I know how good Jade was, not anymore. I will go back to Jade next year to see if it’s the same (new) format & if it is I’ll go elsewhere. Previously you didn’t have to pay until you were done w/the course, now you pay before you begin.
Jade didn't Report Completion Timely
Jade didn't Report Completion of Course to State Immediatly Like Pace. Had to Wait Weeks. No Response to my emails. I Finally had to call to get Results Which were my downloading my Completion Certificates to the State My Self.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
I have used Jade Learning for my continuing education since 2003, and this was by far the most frustrating experience I've had with the program.
I understand that the courses are designed to meet the required eight hours, but the recent changes made the sections feel much longer without making them more engaging. If the additional time had been spent on more interesting or interactive content, the experience would have been much better. Instead, it often felt like the material had simply been stretched out.
I was also frustrated by the number of quiz questions that seemed deliberately ambiguous. For continuing education, the goal should be reinforcing knowledge and helping learners understand the material, not testing their ability to interpret vague wording. Those questions felt unnecessarily confusing and didn't add educational value.
The final section requiring review of the 2023 code also felt like a poor use of time. Since the course is focused on current continuing education, spending so much time reviewing an outdated code edition made it difficult to stay engaged and didn't feel particularly relevant.
By the end of the course, I felt more like I had endured a hardship than completed a worthwhile learning experience. That is not how continuing education should feel.
I've chosen Jade Learning for my continuing education every year since 2003 because my previous experiences were positive. Unfortunately, this version has made me seriously reconsider whether I'll use Jade Learning again in the future. I hope you'll take this feedback into consideration and make changes that prioritize clear instruction, engaging content, and an effective learning experience.
Customer Satisfaction
I had problems signing into one of their courses but they accommodated me in every way I suggested and resolved my issue with a refund at the end without hesitation. Will definitely do business with them again.
It was so boring
It was so boring. The AI voice spoke very slow. There was no control of the playback speed. I think the material could have been done better. It would have been nice to have some fun videos to better show and explain why something is supposed to be a certain way.
I've been using Jade Learning for 10+ years
I've been using Jade Learning for years for all my electrical CE training. I hold several state licenses, so this year has been a bit challenging for me. I'm very impressed with the different state reciprocity requirement knowledge that Rachel from this department has shown. She's been able to help me navigate this so easley, that I've even learn a few things myself. Thanks! Joe A.

The website wouldn’t let me expand the screen. I had the same problem 2 years ago and tech support said they would address the issue. 2 years later it was the same screen. I took the course for 4 hours and at the end of my course the timer recycled so I had to take an additional 4 hours to get course credit. I desperately needed my continued education hours so I did the additional 4 hours. I finally received my credit and was able to renew my license. I have used jade for 20+ years but the last few experiences have been terrible. You’re courses cost almost double compared to other courses which I didn’t mind paying but seriously considering changing ce schools next year? If you don’t correct the screen issues that’s a definite no. You should be able to expand the screen to full screen. Every other webpage does. Anyway one very upset long time customer. If you can’t address my concerns being a loyal customer then I can’t express my disappointment enough.

Jade learning team sent the document twice instead of the 2 separate CEUs to Oklahoma CIB. This caused me to have to call CIB to figure out why CEUs were not accepted and caused a delay in getting license renewed.
