Good product quality and smooth ordering experience

I ordered herbal products from Jadibootikart and my overall experience was good. The products were packed properly, the order details were clear, and the items received matched what was shown on the website.

The delivery and communication were satisfactory, and the products appeared genuine and well packed. I would recommend Jadibootikart to customers looking for herbal and Ayurvedic raw material products online.

I received 1 kg of stones instead of the actual product.
Product Name: Gond Kondru - Shallaki Gum - Boswellia Serrata Gum.

I soaked it for more than 24 hours, and it’s still full of stones. I requested a return and even called customer care, but they disconnected my call. The representative asked me to send details on WhatsApp, but I haven’t received any response yet.

If I could, I would rate this less than zero stars.
This is a scam — please don’t waste your money. I lost ₹950.
