First class service from start to finish and we just love our new sofa

Right from our first visit to the showroom, the experience with James and Rose was excellent. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the different models and fabrics, making the whole process of choosing the right sofas much easier.

We were given a clear idea of when to expect delivery and were kept updated throughout. Everything arrived on time, and the delivery team carefully set up the sofas in the room of our choice.

The sofas themselves are absolutely lovely—stylish, extremely comfortable, and a perfect fit for our lounge. The quality of the fabric and the finishing are superb, and the overall craftsmanship really stands out.

We are genuinely delighted with our purchase and would like to thank the entire team at James and Rose for such a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

From the start with Holly in the show room helping to find the sort of sofa we wanted and fabric , Tony coming to the house to measure for our perfect fit also going through our choices. The guys were on time delivered with care and took all packaging. Five star service and beautiful sofas I highly recommend this company.

From first contact on the phone to the delivery of our sofas the service has been impeccable. Holly was very knowledgeable, polite and patient when deciding what we wanted. They kept in contact and delivered on time. Both of the delivery guys were very considerate of our home and the installation of our sofas. I bought the 3-seater Chestfield sofa during a sale for £1,100, with delivery to my home in South West England. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent.

Customer service was provided by Holly, who was polite, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The sofa itself is absolutely gorgeous—it’s made with fabulous mixed leather and fabric, and you can really see the craftsmanship and high quality in every detail.
