James & Rose adapted one of their designs to make me a unique sofa. Holly was great to deal with and went out of her way to accommodate my request. The sofa was delivered when promised and I was kept informed throughout the process. I couldn’t be more delighted with my new sofa. It is beautifully made and absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend James & Rose. In a world of faceless high street furniture companies, they are a genuine family business and an absolute breath of fresh air.

Very happy with our sofas. Took features from 2 seperate models and increased back height a few inches, so totally bespoke for our needs. Delivered quickly to accmodate carpets being fitted. All done with very a professional service. We were recomended and happy to pass on recomendation to anyone who wants that bit extra that can't be found at retail stores.

All the staff at the factory and the delivery guys are charming. The service we have received has been exceptional from the first conversation by phone through the help to choose the fabrics and colours we wanted and to the resulting pieces arriving within a very reasonable time frame.
