Data Breach
Noticed a clear breach of GDPR in their Chelmsford store, they have two workstations in clear view of the public street. I could read patients name, address, phone numbers and medical information on the Optix Software screen.
Reported it to the shop manager (Gemma) who was rude and unhelpful, didn't seem to understand the consequences of being fined by the ICO. I informed her that she had to report this breach to them within 72 hours, she failed to do so.
A month later I have been back and there are still no changes to the set-up, still GDPR beaches so took photos and video which I have now filed with the Information Commissioner's Office.
The staff really are clueless, I literally stood in the window behind the staff member filming for over a minute and they didn't even notice.
