Used this company to get a wooden floor laid, The price was expensive so I expected a great service. Unfortunately I was let down. the fitters kept going away from the job, going to other jobs, one disapeared and told my wife he was going to walk his dog! leaving nobody on the job I came home from work at 2.30 pm and
nobody was to be seen. They would come in late afternoon, obviously coming from a more important job, when our family was trying to have a meal and do homework etc, we had to go to a restaurant to get away from the noise. In the end they disapeared to go to a "million plus house" who's floor had cracked leaving us again. Then my mum died and I was not up to having them in. after that they came in to finish the job. Then hounded me for payment , its a pity they were not so keen to get the job done. Our job did not seem to be important and they seemed to be fitting us in around other jobs. The price was high and we expected a better service. They kept going in and out of the job, it was very frustrating. The floor when complete looks good with good attention to detail. I have to do the rest of my floors in the house but I would not be able to use James Henry Flooring.
